The place was clean and well located. I would recommend it.

The room was clean and nice, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was nice but did not go through the whole room ,

The room smelled and carpets were disgustingly dirty and greasy.

Good hotel for a one nighter.. but nothing special… pool was closed even though it was extremely hot that weekend.. breakfast has waffle machines which is fun Beds are comfy but the rooms are a little dated and damaged… but they are trying to make them look nice There is a bus stop a few steps from the hotel (#6) that takes you down town within 20 minutes

I liked Super 8 a lot. The room is spacious, clean. The mattress is very comfortable. The area is quite. I would recommend it for everyone going to the colosseum. You need a car though to reach it, but it is only a 10 minute ride.

Normally I would not have much negative about a stay at a particular location, which is why I generously gave this stay a 2-star rating. The rooms smelled a bit as if they had not been aired out and was a bit musky. The breakfast was limited with its basic components of cereals, juices, and yogurts. The highlight being a waffle machine. The major complaint was the pool was not in service throughout our entire stay of 2 days. When we brought it to the attention of the staff working there, they tried to pass it off as something related to the weather and the chemicals in the pool which made no sense as we asked around. After further questioning, we found out that the pool was out of service for over a week without any sort of advertisement on their website. We were up there for a tournament and our kids were looking forward to using that pool in between games. To compound the issues our television did not work even though we mentioned it within one hour of getting to the motel. The only reason I bring this up was because the pool was out of service and the Olympics being on, it was challenge to us in-between our games at this motel. Now I know that someone might reach out and try to comment that they understand and will try to improve things in the future, but that doesn't help those families who spent good money and time to book a place they thought would be a good location for their children and families on a long weekend. Truly disappointing and unfortunate.

Bed really comfortable, spatious and clean room.

Basic property, cost seemed high for what is was.

It was a far walk to breakfast in the morning, but nice variety of things to eat. Walked to the ice machine last night only to find no ice and kids running around up and down the stairs. First day no coffee or tea in room. Cleaning staff need to pay attention to detail it goes a long way when it comes to customers coming back

Showed up early room wasn't ready had to try to convince attendant to put us in Que she took our name never called showed up at three and had to wait again for the room . Room was ok , door wouldn't lock . Cleanliness was fine

Disappointed that I couldn’t get a ground floor room. I’m 71 and requested one but none available. Had to carry my suitcase up the stairs and get through three doors to get to my room.

It was clean and nicely furnished nice bathroom updated . A great affordable ,pet friendly place to stay.

Bathroom renovated . Carpet need to be changed. Overall clean and quiet.

The carpet was dirty, and the toilet was not cleaned after we checked in and the toilet roll holder was not secured into place at all.The hinge for the door leading to the fridge was not on properly and the spot on the wall that prevented the door handle from damaging it was broken and smashed inwards.

Very affordable and good value

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Overall staff were friendly and helpful. Downsides were continetal breakfast was very limited and coffee was undrinkable. Also soap provided in bathroom were tiny and only a tiny dove bar for to wash hands and body. It was good for a night, but probably wouldn't stay longer than that. Still good for the price.

Not professional

Very nice pool outdoors (pribate and discreet) very clean and not busy so able to relax! Staff recognized me last night when j needed a keg made (forgot mine in the room) so it was nice not to have to show my id. The gentleman on night duty remembered me and greeted me like anyone would like to be when your a rerurning customer!

Other than the bathroom Reno, breakfast perk & benefit of bringing your pet; the location, humpy old carpet & extremely large cricket game (10:30pm & approx 70 ppl) across the street in the parking lot was less than desirable & should validate a lower room rate.

Recently renovated, clean and comfortable. Good value for the money. Nice to have a pool!!

Rooms were nice and location near highways was good, but area around hotel was a bit shady.

Another fantastic stay here. Outdoor pool was fabulous, so refreshing and very clean! Staff is super friendly and accommodating. 10/10 highly recommend!!

Good price for room

Great for the price but should wash their carpets, my feet got black after 2 minutes in the room. You have to wait a good 4 minutes to get hot water. Not lots of blankets

Service good, tidy room but the a/c is terrible. It’s noisy/loud sound that disturbed us the whole night of our sleep. Food not ok.

The room smelled of smoke, I let the front desk know and he said it must be coming from outside. It smelled as though it was old smoke but there was also someone two doors down outside her room for hours on end smoking in a chair just outside her door. Could use a good vacuum,carpet cleaning, and a coat of paint (the door frames and bathrooms walls had spray stains and deep scratches). The breakfast was a positive, front desk area clean. This is a pet friendly hotel, would appreciate if there was garbage bins closer to the rooms outside.

For the price it wasn’t worth it, the room was very clean, the beds were comfy and the staff was nice, however the windows were very dirty, the rooms needed a fresh coat of paint (doorways were very chipped and dirty looking). Paying almost $200 for a room that was tired looking is not worth it.

A basic Super 8….convenient for our visit to Windsor.

The beds werent comfy, didnt get a good sleep. The air was dry and stuffy.
