Great apartment. Satellite TV did not work - the one and only negative .

Dirty room with bad smell

Lovely apartment.

It was very nice & clean place to stay. We had a great 3 nights stay in this apartment, nice & warm.Just we couldn’t find any card for parking as they mentioned the card is in the property. Another thing drier didn’t work, it was annoying because I ve been there with my 2 kids & we had plan to go to snow suddenly we found out drier doesn’t work. It was better if they had told us in advance.

Property was nice cleanliness was done very poor we got there and you can tell it was a quick clean job like pills of medication under lounge dust on top of closet and very dust inside outdoor table very dusty carpet was vacuumed but if you move the coffee table you can see it has not been cleaned regularly. No TV had reception so could not watch TV Besides cleanliness the unit was nice nice location warm at night great heaters

The property was outdated. Understood there was 2 double beds but 3 rooms with twin beds. master should have been upstairs with double bed. Beds were uncomfortable and the pillows smelled like the asian family there before us.

super value, access to hilton hotel facilities especially enjoy the breakfast and ferry service it says garage for 1 car but we found its double garage and will fit 2 RAV4 no problem. bath room fan dont have switch, it works randomly when you turn on the light and keep working after light off for long time.... gas firplace is good for extra heat but bit hard to ignite overall highly recommended for group of people want stay together and also need many bedrooms for comfort

Very satisfied with the value for money. The hotel room for six of us has a lake view on the top floor. There are five rooms in total and three bathrooms are very clean. The balcony has a dining table as well. laundry and cooking are very convenient. Parking is free. Although you have to walk to the Hilton Hotel underground car park but you can enjoy the lake walkway near Hilton.

Check in was terrible. Information sent a very basic email. Unable to locate our Unit and then was on the busiest corner with 3 opening doors to the road with a 2year old. Called to ask for help finding our unit. Staff was no assistance. Water was luke warm. 2nd rooms door didnt close as bed was in the way. Toaster has been damaged previously - looks too broken to try to use. couch was disgusting and unclean. Bathroom floors were oily and slippery. Stay at hilton or double tree - not here!

Clean, nice place! The property owners were super kind and great with communication. They offered to watch our bags after we checked out for the day before the flight. And then she even offered to drive us to the airport. Super sweet people and felt very safe!

View was amazing, location was very handy to the airport. Ideal spot to stay before flying out. Bathrooms we quite dirty, floors were very slippery and hadn’t been cleaned properly, lots of black mold in the shower. Other than that it was a great stay.

This place has some issues. First the good, it’s large with 6 bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. If you don’t want to stay downtown Queenstown, it’s a nice location but definitely not walkable to downtown and taxis don’t want to come that far out. The view is decent but it’s of the backside of the lake, not the Queenstown side. We did go to the Remarkables Market on Saturday and that was awesome! Now, for the not so good. It was about 22 degrees Celsius when we arrived and there is no air conditioning so it was hot in the closed up apartment. There are 3 floors and the 3rd floor was terribly stuffy. They provided 3 pretty crappy fans when we needed at least 6. The free provided parking situation is absolutely laughable! You have to park at a hotel and then walk up a VERY steep street about 4 blocks long. We ended up parking on the main road. Everything in the apartment feels a bit old and used and needing replacement although the beds were comfortable. We stayed over New Years Eve so maybe that’s why it was very expensive for what it ended up actually being.

A really nice apartment and fair value. The parking is down the hill a bit but only a couple of minutes walk.The apartment was spacious and had all of the facilities we needed- full kitchen and two bathrooms along with an additional separate toilet.It is a handy location outside of the downtown area. Good access to Remarkables Ski field.

The unit was well positioned on the hill with an amazing lake view with amazing setup of furnishings.We were disappointed with the run down apperrance of the unit with heaps of scratches, stains and odours. There was very minimal kitchen amenities like baking paper, baking trays, tea towels, clothes and dish brushes. We had to purchase this all ourselves. We had to walk down the step hill about 7 to 8 minutes to park the car and have to walk in uncovered area getting saturated when raining. Parks across from unit used always by the ferry users which is highly annoying when it is in the apartment area. Otherwise had a god stay, enough beds and options with an amazing view and location.
