It was a v clean room. The bathroom was spotless. It was not at all fancy but my friend and I don't go for fancy, just clean with a hospitable staff. There was a porch out front of the room. We enjoyed sitting there the two nights we stayed.

The room was very clean, and the property was very clean, and parking was easy. There was no lock on the inside of the door. There was no ice, which was kind of a bummer for what we’re looking for. I know it sounds like a small thing, but I brought several things For a special diet and I couldn’t get ice and I had to go get some. The water was just warm it wasn’t really hot so if you like hot water, this is in a place to stay.

The room was perfect for what we needed- a place to sleep! Had a fridge, microwave, and decent sized bathroom. Bed was comfortable. The kind gentleman who checked us in even upgraded our room at arrival to a lake view.

Sorry, but it’s a dump. It was cheap so I gave it a go. You truly get what you pay for. It seemed clean so there’s that. The heat was on with no control so I had to blast the ac all night just to breathe.

The room was cold and noisy. The bed was very uncomfortable. Ceiling tiles were falling out. There were cobwebs in the bathroom no facial tissue. Bath towels were very rough.
I would suggest that you keep on looking for another place. And I rarely leave reviews!!

My wife and 2 daughters (ages 1 and 3) stayed here for 5 nights this summer, and we had an excellent time! The Pinebrook is located less than a quarter mile off the beaten path (aka Canada Street containing the majority of hotels, restaurants, attractions around Lake George). The motel was very clean, quiet, and cozy. The communal deck provides a view of the lake, and there's access to the beautiful brook that flows behind the back of the motel. The owner was extremely kind and helpful with getting our amenities whenever needed. My kids had a great time in the pool, and we easily walked to all the hot spots in town. Absolutely loved this cozy motel and look forward to coming back for a cozy quiet time next year!

It was ok, the a/c was not good at all. It didn’t cool down being 80+ at night, shades were ok but the room was bright in the AM

Mobile check-in was very easy. But the central heat (no thermostat) wasn't on when I arrived and I had to wait for the owner to get there. Also, I later found out the wi-fi needed a password and nobody was around to provide it even after leaving a message at the contact number. Just remember these things if you decide to stay here! The room was small but comfortable and there is a nice bar/restaurant right next door. It's within walking distance of downtown and there is a beautiful stream out back. The off-season rate was great.

Not worth the price. In oct we paid 110 a night definitely over priced by 40 to 50 dollars for what your getting here. The decor? 1976 is calling for this place. The kitchen needs a deep clean. Grease on walls and ceilings and the kitchen window you can see out of it due to the grease. Plenty of hot water that was a plus but water pressure was poor. Worst I would say was the beds. When you say in them they immediately turned into giant tacos they had absolutely no support to the what so ever. Was better to sleep on the floor.

This is an old motel which has had very nice decor updates in the rooms and was spotlessly clean inside, though in somewhat rough condition outside. The bedroom and bathroom were tiny but attractive and everything worked. As you might expect for an old motel, the room soundproofing was not great. Although smoking is not allowed in the rooms, it seemed that every guest other than myself was smoking just outside their room on the front porches which are equipped with ashtrays and chairs, so this is definitely not a smokefree property. It is conveniently located just off the north end of Lake George's main street, easy walking distance to the commercial and tourist attractions on the lake and in the town center.

We stayed for just one night and literally just needed a place to sleep. The room was fine but could definitely use some updating. There was no microwave, which was fine for us since we didn’t need one, but there was a small fridge that worked well. Check in was very easy and quick, and the person was pleasant. Location is great, as you could walk into the village or just have a short drive.

The staff was very friendly, attended to needs immediately. The pool was very clean. Rooms could use a little updating but were clean. There was not a microwave in the room but there was one available at the bottom of the stairs, it was cleaned daily. A very good deal for price, especially if you plan to be out/about most of the time but need a place to sleep.

This is an incredible spot to stay while up in Lake George! It's not a high-class joint, but it is a really kool relaxing place. On a steep hill, but I love the way they have placed all the rooms. We had a little porch area with two chairs and a table to sit at during the sun set. It would be nice if they could cut down some of the trees across the road and you could see the lake.

Property is well maintained and has easy access to town. Park your car and leave it there as everything is in walking distance. Nice view of the lake even though its across the street.

Ron is the best Motel host ever! So fun! He invited us for a bonfire at night! so cool! The rooms are comfy and the pricing is the best around the area. You can see the lake from the balcony!
