We arrived early, we were met for check in and they kindly allowed us to check in several hours ahead of time because our room was ready. Was a good experience. Room was simple, but practical.

Great location. Staff provided suggestions for parking and we were able to actually park fir free in an indicated area.Breakfast is in a different location but is not far and offered vegan option.

Tea/coffee and toiletries provided. 10-15 minutes walk from La Spezia Centrale. Good stay for who is visiting Cinque Terre. Definitely recommend this place.

It was easy to find the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean and cosy with air conditioning.

Pros - Excellent location, walk e erywhere to shops and eateries- Excellent Bar next door, really nice peoples d good food!Cons - No one there to greet us although we returned their email stating when we would arrive,- Sloppy housekeeping, Day 1 she forgot all of our towels, Day 2 she forgot our shampoo, Day 3 she completely forgot to clean our room although we had THEIR sign up requesting it be cleaned, this was annoying since we spent hours and hours walking around Cinque Terre!- bring your own toiletries as they only give (when she remembers) this tiny pouch of a COMBO shampoo/shower gel.- The shower is ridiculously small - a 2 foot square with no place to put toiletries- you have to put them on a ledge outside the shower, above the toilet and flood the floor trying to grab them!- don’t open the window unless you want to get eaten alive by mosquitoes!- Lovely view of the filthy patio covered with cigarette butts, clothes pins and garbage...

Great location in the walking area of La Spezia. Conveniently located.

The location is good but is not easy to find. The boss of hotel is very helpful and is easy to find food nearby even late night. However, parking has not provided and expensive. Be careful to state what your exact time to leave from parking lot, otherwise, extract charge you need to pay.

The bedroom size was good and the location in the old part of La Spezia was good but the bathroom was just unacceptable. In particular it was extremely uncomfortable to access the toilet because of the position of the bidet. The shower cubical was also very tight requiring the shower doors to be open in order to wash below the waste.

Superhelpful and serviceminded staff :) Helped us find where to park, and helped with translation etc.

Room is cozy but comfortable. Fabio, the owner of the hotel os super nice and kind. The location is also great, close to shopping area and there are lots of restaurants nearby.

New updated room in the center of City

Nice place very central in city area.. Had concerns on arrive as street appearance was very poor. Nearly just turned around and walked away. Its set in a set of apartments with a bar near the door entrance which is in a dead end street. We spoke to some peoples coming our of the apartments while waiting to be let in and they said it was a nice safe area and the people living there seemed very nice. Once the your lady/ girl came to let us in we went inside steps clear and apartment was lovely as in the photo. Seem to be a large apartment split into 4 rooms with own bathrooms. Looks like its all new, well done and modern. Ended up the bar down stairs was lovely and had lovely cliental including us. !! Seems that La Spezia buildings are not very well present lot of graffiti unusual how they do not clean this City up. We were there for the coast fairy was 5 mins away and 15 mins to train station which was great we just walked everything within walking distance. Could not work the Wi fi owner came straight away to assist for us lovely person and assist us in setting it up. Was out most day along the Cinque Terra coast so beautiful. Fairy 5 mins away. Can catch train to these place but we preferred to stay in La Spezia.

Lovely apartment, gentleman came to meet us late at night upon our arrival to provide us with keys and information about the apartment and local area. Very helpful with prompt reply to any queries. Clean and tidy apartment with everything we needed. Thankyou!!

Great stay. Good location. Great communication when arranging how to collect the keys. Apartment very clean, modern and comfortable. Great wifi connections and lots of USB charging points. Tea and coffee amenities were a welcome surprise. Only a ten-fifteen minute walk to the train station on a route that passes through lots of clothing shops, cafes and restaurants. Everything that you might need on your doorstep. Great shower, too! Lots of fresh towels and our room was tended to - this was unexpected but appreciated! Highly recommended.

the hotel was on the main street of LaSpezia. Especailly for us who takes the train to CinqueTerre. Its a good place to come back to after the Cinque trip.

Very nice hotel, very clean, very nice staff. Only thing was the placement of the bedet in the room we had... to use the toilet was very awkward.... Other than that , room was great....
