We stayed in one of the new 1-bedroom apartments that are a short (1 minute) walk from the hotel. Super close to the Pier, the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was clean and quiet and super convenient! We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well.

Great location for Old Orchard Beach. Room was dirty, holes in walls, damage I. Bathroom a smell of smoke although non smoking room. Walls paper thin good luck getting some sleep. Check in was late and about as slow as possible for such a small facility. Lots of spots in same location I'd chose any other.

Sea Breeze was very clean and very nice place to stay and enjoy with family …I will stay again…thanks all the staff from the sea breeze they were so polite and nice 😊

Room was dirty when we got there. Says heated pool everywhere but it was as cold as the ocean. Manager is rude and the train runs directly next to the motel blaring the horn at 5am everyday. Only thing good is its location but parking sucks.

This was our first visit to Seabreeze so we didn't know what to expect besides what we read online. It is an okay place! Definitely old but felt clean. The pool was not able to be used due to chemical issues, so that didn't make us happy as we wanted to enjoy that after a day at the beach. A baby mouse was in our room. Although the employee did all she could to help take the little one out, it was gross to think there is a family of mice somewhere in the room-we believe the closet, which we ended up emptying because of that. The front desk employees were very pleasant and efficient. The location of the motel was fantastic because we could walk to everything. We parked upon arrival and never needed to drive anywhere. It is right next to the train tracks, so you are woken up a lot with the train. The availability of the kitchenette was great because we could make meals and had plenty of storage. The supplies (dishes, pans) were fantastic to have and were clean. Overall our stay was good. I would suggest that it is time to start upgrading the walls and outlets and such to keep visitors coming to enjoy their stay! The price was a bit high for the outdatedness of the room/place and for having to deal with a mouse!!

Location was good. Pool was nice. Room was clean and up to date. Dislikes - bed was not comfortable.

this place is everything you would want for a family vacation in Old Orchard. 3 minutes away from the main street and 4 minutes away from the beach. Very clean, the kitchenette is great and well equiped. The BBQs are very clean and lots of picnic tables. They even have a big flat grill near the pool if you want to make eggs,bacon and whatever. Toasters are in the rooms. The pool is great. Just BEWARE there is a train that goes even at night and the TRACKS are 50 feet brom the rooms in the back.

i pay to be on the sea side …. they give me a room 2 streets away and 2000 feets far from the pool and the sea side…. its not what i was supose to have! i want to be refund its a false représentation…..

Super weekend

Great location, friendly staff, room had the important amenities and they were clean.

The location is phenomenal. Amtrak is 4 minutes away. Walgreens 6 minutes away. Numerous shops and food selections. Beach is 3 minutes away. My kids loved every moment. The 1 bedroom suite was comfortable however a few cosmetic issues. The bathroom ceiling paint was peeling off. The cable box and remote were broken a wonderful male staff member replaced the cable box and left a new remote. I was so pleased. All of the staffs were nice and worked hard to make my stay pleasant.

We checked in early to the property. They gave us a parking pass and told us to come back later. We came back later at 4 o’clock, I went to check in my room and other peoples things were already in our room. They then moved us to a different room, The room smelled of cigarettes. Other than that, it was clean and the air conditioning worked fine. Close to all amenities. We will not be back.

We booked a room similar to last year, but instead we got relocated on Foote Street. They tried making it sound nice at the front-desk, but the living-room wall was busted up, there was no towels in our room, the AC barely reached the bedroom, the back porch was in poor-condition, and the walk was twice the distance to the beach instead of on the normal property. Call ahead and make sure you don't get put on Foote Street!

The staff was friendly, but the property is under renovation and our ROOM was under renovation. So there was no baseboard or trim in the bathroom and there was a hole in the wall where the old air conditioner was, covered by a quilted fabric. And there were pincher bugs in the dresser and the fridge. Meanwhile, they charged me a $200 damage hold on my card. Waiting for that to be released. Location is close to all the action so complaints there. Be prepared that the train runs maybe 20 feet behind the building so it can get loud.

I was so disapointed. The staff were not friendly. And the hotel was beat up. They had to call perfetionals in who takes care of septic issues. I will never stay there again.

Cool

Upon arrival the office was closed so we had to stay at another hotel unfortunately. They were doing renovations so it looked pretty shotty and not very aesthetically pleasing. When we got into the room the next day it smelled so bad of stale, old smoke or whatever the smell was that we ended up leaving and staying at another hotel again. Also the parking was very tight and there’s a loud train that comes through very close by. The owner was very nice and offered to refund one of my nights stay which I’ll see if that ends up happening or not when my statement comes in. It’s a shame bc she was so nice but the Motel, not so much. Maybe after the remodel it’ll be better but for now, it’s a not again for us unfortunately. Was very convenient to the beach.

No hooks in bathroom to hang anything up and the deadbolt on the door didn’t work

Carpet was discusting. Sink was clogged and when we ask staff to help he laughed at us and didnt help so at least we were able to use the kitchenette sink to brush our teeth. Room was old and outdated. Only thing that was clean was the bed thankfully.

The manager is very friendly and Blue is a very handsome host. The property is under renovation. It's going to look great when it's wrapped up. Don't be deterred in the meantime.

Friendly and helpful staff. Initially thought it would be a bit noisy since it is close to shopping and amusement park but was very quiet. Grills and picnic tables available. Nice clean pool area.
