Free parking on-site is advertised, this is not the case. Paid lot is about a 7 minute walk in a sketchy neighborhood. All amenities listed were very disappointing.

We wanted accommodation near the airport for one night in Pisa. We had one room for a family of six. Very clean accommodation and care taker very obliging, providing milk for baby and even left an early morning breakfast the night before as our flight was early. No frills but comfortable and handy. No lift which may be a nuisance for other travellers.

Close to the train station. Very clean and comfortable. The only thing to take note is that there is no lift. I didn't have much problem because I only had a small suitcase. But it might be a problem if you have heavy luggage.

Never felt so cheated in my life!! One of the worst hotel stays ever! We reached the address mentioned on the website and had to wait for 20 minutes (after multiple calls) for someone to finally meet us at the property. Then, the person (caretaker of the hotel) told us that we the apt where is staying is not in that address and told us that our apt is about 2 buildings away, but it was almost half km away! We walk in and she shows us the three bed apt that we had chosen and first impression is not that the apt is quite ok. We leave our bags and quickly head out to catch Pisa tower in the twilight hours. To our horror, on returning find that there are two other families leaving in the other rooms. Came as a total surprise and a shock to us, as this was not told to us by the lady who checked us in, and this is not what we had paid for!! Even worse than this horror surprise was that the room we were given us stinking with cigarette smoke. Both us parents and both our kids felt miserable the whole night. The only saving grace was that we had decided to stay only for a night in this horrible hell house.

Heater not working, no staff at BB, had to call and wait in the very cold rain, once very nice young lady got there very apologetic, but that does not negate the fact we waiting in the very cold rain, heater did not work, in the very cold Pisa winter. Not recommend BB.

The b&b was convenient for the airport. It was a bit noisy when people arrived or returned for the night. Very clean, comfortable beds and great shower which is all I wanted for a night. Great pizzeria in the same street.

Satisfactory. Good if you just need a place to sleep.

Welcoming hosts. Very clean. I could walk to Pisa Airport. It was a ten minute walk. I would stay there again. A pizza place was close by.

Very basic accommodation - no lift with the room five flights up and the free car parking is quite hard to get to and a bit of a walk. Poor sound insulation so you can hear everything in other rooms and the corridor. Staff were friendly.

Used the hotel for a one night stay to see Pisa before heading down to Florence, walking distance from the airport and to the train station the next day. Perfect although a little more coffee at breakfast would have been nice.

Great cheap place for parents and 4 teenagers to stay before early morning flight from Pisa airport. Comfortable clean beds, very clean bathroom, air con and wifi. Breakfast even left for us early for 5am checkout! 10 min easy walk to departures at Pisa airport. Also easy walk into city to see sights and eat. Only problem was the kids thought we should have a pillow fight as we were all in one big room!

Paulo was wonderful and was always reachable. The area was clean, safe, peaceful. Just a quick metro ride to any tourist destination. Only issue was the a/c stopped working, we were only there for a short stay so we couldn't be bothered to mention it but I'm sure if we said something ahead of time Paulo would have been right on it.

We called to say we would be coming in late. Border was closed for quite a while. Person said they would not wait or leave the key somewhere. It we could not get there in time, too bad. We had paid for this room ahead of time so there was no reason they needed to give us any leeway. They already had our money. We had to get another room. Website says to call if late, We called. Tooo bad.

Flush was not working in bathroom which made very much uncomfortable .room n breakfast was good

Book on the Expedia app while eating dinner at a restaurant... finished dinner and drove over to check in, but there was no one there! The hotel was dark, windows closed/boarded up. Rang the bell, but there was no answer. It looked more like an abandoned apartment building than a hotel/B&B. Had to find another place to stay for the night, with all of our tired kids.
