Everything was exellent, especially the hotel stuff was very helpful! The hotel is right next to the beach, and there is also different kinds of restaurants nearby. I will definitly come back next year!

It was very close to the sea and everithing was clean and nice.

Very nice people especially the front desk!room was clean and we enjoyed the stay! If we were to go back to Alayna I would go back to the same hotel. The lady who works at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful.

Overall a good budget hotel. Nice and clean rooms. A staff that accommodated our needs. Only a few things were on the negative side; the breakfast was served on a platter for each guest/table and it was the same food every day. Kind of missing the possibility to choose our own breakfast. Some of the staff in the restaurant was also a bit on the slow pace side… The advertised wi-fi was a complete joke! The few times I was able to connect and get access I was thrown out after a few seconds. I think the longest period of surf time I had was 10 minutes. But besides these minor things we had a great stay at a very affordable price.

As soon as you enter the hotel, very valuable receptionists, whose names are Batuhan and Bergen, welcome you at the reception. This hotel, which has friendly, helpful, hospitable and friendly staff, has facilities such as a Turkish bath and spa. Rooms are very comfortable. The food is incredibly delicious. Alanya is under your feet due to its location. A family hotel where you can really feel at home. Thank you again for the service I received and I would like to come back as soon as possible.

This fantastic, clean and with delicious breakfast hotel, and I highly recommend you based on price, the only concern is wifi because of slow, but they promise they will fix it.

The staff is kind, helpful and diligent! Breakfast was fresh and delicious! I was a long way from home and but treated like family!

Because of pandemic restaurant was closed at the hotel and there wasn’t room service. In the end we had problem to find food. Pros: 5* for customer service for hotel & breakfast staff who are friendly and helpful. Clean, our room’s spotless, new furniture, clean style. Free Street Parking, not sure how it works in peak season. Private beach with wi fi/ bar, good/ reasonably priced food and clean toilets. Beach is 3-4 min walk from the hotel.Cons: Location - it’s out from Alanya’s main centre, if you want to dine/ shop there are better spots around. Area with many all-inclusive hotels, not much more. Drive to Centre:10 min, walk 30 min. Wi-fi works on/off,is slow, keep disconnecting. Disappointing breakfast- not a buffet where you pick what you like. You get a plate of what is there + another serving of carbs, tea/ coffee in tiny paper cups. No fresh fruit, healthy options. Worst breakfast we had in Turkey. Is it because of covid or low season? Spa&sauna closed due to COVID-19. It’d be fair to update it on website especially that there’s “SPA” in the name. I’m confused as we stayed in many hotels in Turkey last 2 months and many had spa&saunas open...) No kettle in the room. No tea/ coffee easily available to guests. There’s tea/ coffee in breakfast area but you need to ask. Size of double bed in standard double room is small. The hotel must revise its advertising and be more accurate in its description: - no spa / sauna this season- breakfast is not a buffet breakfast- no high speed wi fi and some rooms have no wi fi as we’re told. - no tea / coffee facilities easily available

Management is very careful about hygiene and security. New furniture. Very close to the sea and restaurants. And the staff is 5 star

The hotel is so clean and cozy, staff are so friendly and welcoming. Room is clean and big. However there was no kettle in the room nor any bottles of water in mini refrigerator.

If you want basic accommodation and don’t mind extremely loud music in surrounding hotels then this is ok. Not my sort of place - whole area a bit tacky. If you just want night life, sun and basic accommodation this is the place. Hotel not as nice as pictures. I had to leave early due to a serious health problem - they wouldn’t give a refund or allow me to postpone the stay.Cafe next door was nice, very nice, friendly staff, but food came back burned twice and nothing was done or said about it.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Wi-fi does not work unless you are downstairs at reception/pool area. Staff don't understand standard english. Dirty bathroom with leaking shower. Phone didn't work in my room.

It was a amazing! This hotel has everything that you need. The location of the hotel is brilliant because you can reach anywhere of the town by 15mins walk. The room size was the other thing I liked it most. The room was quite big we could easily move around without bumping into each other.

It was a good experience. Friendly staff and excellent location close to the beach and market. Comfortable room. It is a good hotel and I would stay there again.
