When I entered the hotel around 4pm, no one was at the desk to help me check in. I waited for about 10 minutes before I was asked if I was checking in by the receptionist.
Upon arriving at my families room, we found about 7 ladybugs all over the ceiling, windows, curtains, etc. There were two dead (smashed) ladybugs on the ceiling. The ladybugs kept coming in somehow. I killed 5-6 in our two night stay.
To have access to wifi for your phones or other devices, you have to sign up for the “membership”. The WiFi on the TV was horrible. For Netflix to load, it took about 10 minutes each time.
The mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows had little to no cushion.
The wires on the AC/ heater unit were exposed. We had a 6 month old with us which made this super unsafe.

We stayed one night, on the tail end of a longer trip. The hotel was clean, had a pleasant smell, and the room was very spacious. The continental breakfast was definitely above average and had options. The only negative thing was the pool area. The waterfountain was full of rust and looked dirty, as did the pool itself, which appeared to have a green algae/mold issue. If they improve that area, this would easily be a 5 star place.

If you want to get some sleep ask for a room that's not above their courtyard. My huband and I stayed in room 312 which even though was on the 3rd floor, was right above their courtyard area. People were partying till 2AM. And there is apparently no sound proofing in this hotel because we could hear everything. Talking to the front desk did nothing.
Not only did we have to deal with the noise but the cleaning and maintenance people can't be bothered to do their jobs either. A razor from the last guest was left in our shower. The faucet was completely loose and about ready to come out. Wires were showing from the heating and cooling unit. And 2 of the 4 bulbs surrounding the bathroom mirror were burnt out. Among other things.
My husband and I had stayed in this hotel a couple years ago and really enjoyed it but they must have sold it to someone who does not care about the guest experience.
Breakfast was also really lacking. Not even a meat option. Cooked options were scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy.
We won't be back.

The hotel room was big enough for 6 of us to sleep comfortably. The main issues were they never came to get dirty towels and replace with clean ones, we had to go to the front desk for that and some of the lights didn't work, including the bathroom fan. The pros were the size of room, mini fridge, microwave, great breakfast and friendly staff.

The room was decent & bathroom with lots of room. However the TV kept going off & in time would come back on. Pool area was okay but definitely needed cleaning & would have been nice if there was a hot tub.

Beware of this Marriott hotel. There is NO one to fix anything broken or dirty in the room (even pop sprayed all over the wall … headboard… light switch). Also our double bolt would NOT work or would they even try to fix. Towels or trash were not replaced… Staffshared it would be done BUT never followed through. Also the pool had several used bandages in the swimming pool.

Loved our stay at this hotel. It was recently renovated and very clean. Breakfast was very good. The only thing I’d change is having a better swimming pool.

The good. The hotel was nice and clean, the room was very nice with a large bathroom. They were doing some updating and I think our floor had new carpet. The breakfast was very good.
The not so good. Our room wasn’t cleaned or the bed sheets changed the whole time we were there. The only way we got fresh towels was asking the cleaning lady (that couldn’t speak English) for some new ones, and they didn’t have any more wash cloths when I went down to the lobby twice to ask for some. Overall pretty good stay though.

The room was comfortable, breakfast offered enough variety to make it good. The waffle situation was a bit chaotic as every guest seemed to want their own waffle and all at the same time. Please add more fresh fruit! Thank you! Hotel is conveniently located, with enough parking for all.

We arrived at check-in time and got to our room quickly. The room and set up were nice. The only complaints we have is that the pillows were too soft and ww both awoke with neck strain. Also, when showering yhe bath soap dispenser was empty. The water quality is very hard and working up a lather is almost out of the question. The wall paper in the bathriom was peeling all around. These are minor deterrents. The breakfast was good. The overall stay was enjoyable.

Great staff except one lady at night that was upset that we needed more towels. Clean for the most part, toilet was a little meh. Good breakfast for a hotel. Pool was meh but very clean. Over all will stay there again next year.
