Toilet and shower not functioning properly. I complain two times one, nothing happen without promise. Was too noisy. I have to yell a staff who was using Radio for communication to shut the radio at 7 am so my son could sleep. Found cockroach in toilet area which I have to kill. It remain noisy until 2 am.

First the room didnt look anything like the photos and when i complained they say I booked standard room I said i booked according to the picutre i saw they said they dont have any other types of room available now, Second that hotel is more of a Fu**andGo hotel, People usually a man and a sex worker go there book a room for a few hours finish thier businesses and leave, The surronding area is so dirty full of rats, cocoroaches and homeless people, it smells so bad, room has no windows so you dont actually know if it light or dark outside

The hotel is quite clean...staffs are friendly and the breakfast is good.

Lobby looks alright and welcoming. The girls in the reception are friendly and helpful. WiFi did not work for my almost two week stay and I told them several times... Lightning in the room I had was weak and too white/cold. Cleaners need to be trained and equipped better to clean, they don't clean the room or toilet properly; They're not using gloves for the toilet, they're not using different and proper rags for main room and toilet. The toilet seats are cleaned quickly with a tooth brush.. They're not wet wiping surfaces with a clean rag, just a quick dry wipe of the table in the main room. At least there was hot water. Room service was in general good and quick, but the menu could be improved. The chicken sandwich didnt even contain a table spoon of chicken. I asked them to get me a taxi at a certain time in advance, but they didn't request one until that time which delayed me 20min to my next destination.

Bad experience stay 6 days at this hotel.- Free breakfast but they not serve the breakfast even complaint to hotel staff. Dine in breakfast at the room, not at the restaurant.- They charge 20 peso for next drinking water- They charge hot water upon request 5 peso per cup. Jug kettle is not provided in the room- No daily housekeeping unless we request them to do houskeeping. Their policy we need to stay inside the room during their staff do houskeeping.- Toiletries only provided once.- No remote control for air conditioner- Not provide blanket.- Water pressure for sink and shower very slow!- Outside of hotel dirty, crowd of people like market.- Staff at receiption counter not attentive.Overall very bad experience stay here. Not value for money stay here, totally different from info in the website or app.

The room if okay though I was wondering why there are lots of mirrors (in the ceiling and wall). Bathroom/restroom is very neat. The staffs are very pleasing.

It should be noted that this hotel is adjacent to a Mosque. Had I known that I would NOT have stayed here. Being "Called to Prayer" at 4 am, 5 am 6 am 7 am, noon, up until 7 pm at night by the Wailing, EXTREMELY LOUD was NOT my idea of peaceful enjoyment of the accommodations. On the other hand, the staff was friendly and very accommodating. The interior of the hotel including the rooms was good. Breakfast included was delivered to the room within minutes of a call to the front desk. Sadly, I would NOT go back to this hotel as it was not comfortable being woken up by the Wailing of the Mosque next door.
