Rooms are comfortable and poperly maintained. Hotel staff are very friendly and accomodating. Only major issue was plumbing. Sink was noisy at times and also terrible water pressure from shower. There are two restaurants and a mini-mart well within walking distance. Overall, a good stay!

It’s stated that the check in time is from 3 pm to midnight 12 AM. I came to the hotel at 9 pm and the office was closed. It was raining. After few hours I decided to book another hotel close to the airport, in Montego Bay. Since I had two bookings I chose to go to the one closer to the airport knowing the my vacations were compromised.

You get what you pay for. This hotel is not a "hidden gem". This hotel or "bed & breakfast" is AVERAGE AT BEST. I stayed at this hotel from 8/11/2023 - 8/14/2023. The room looked outdated. Fixtures in the bathroom looked worn and rusted. There weren't any ice machines or vending machines at this place. The "restaurant" lacked staffing after breakfast was served. I ate the ackee and saltfish. It made my stomach ache for hours. There were two receptionists at the front desk. One was friendly and the other one... was not. The friendlier receptionist could not help me secure a taxi or tell me when/where I could exchange money. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning my room. The gentleman that worked there (as a security guard?) was friendly and attentive. If you stay here, do yourself a favor and understand that this is NOT a 5 star or even a 4 star hotel. I advise you don't make the same mistake I made by being influenced by the positive (suspicious?) reviews for this hotel. This hotel is closer to a 2.5 star rating, in my opinion.

The only thing that was good at this property was the breakfast and the air condition in the room.

We liked that they cleaned the room daily. We didn't like the intermittent hot water, the light in the room was not much, there were too many noisy guests hanging by the pool. Breakfast is served a bit too late.

Breakfast was great. Microwave and fridge was welcomed. There were no spreads on the beds, was necessary.

The Pineapple court hotel experience was ok the overall property and staff are excellent the only thing they need to do is renovate their bathrooms and make it modern. Loved my stay though.

There is was no working water pressure ams no hot water. Told staff they had no solution.

The property exceeded my expectations for a small bed and breakfast in ocho rios. The room was clean and well prepared with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was well prepared and very good. I stayed for 1 night and it was a great experience. Good spot if you are just looking for somehwere to stay while you go adventure seeking in the parish.

The hotel was hard to find because it was located on a lonely back street. Signs wer,nt legible for one to see

I especially liked the history displayed in the restaurant. Restaurant do need some renovatin and offer Amrrican breakfast. Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel is not located close to town

As others have said, it is in a junky side of town but not unsafe. You can get to everything quickly. The breakfast is a $10 value $20 for two people. Take that of the cover change and you have a great value. The property is good for a one night two most stay.

When one person is rude it can make everything uncomfortable and that's what happened with breakfast one morning! Just because I don't speak the language don't think I don't understand
