The Old Hall is a great hotel. It is tastefully decorated and has a lovely warm feel and atmosphere. All the staff were friendly. The room was clean and spacious and the bed very comfy. I would definitely return for another stay when in the area.

Absolutely amazing and outstanding place. We booked a deluxe room and it was beautiful. The views and the gardens were absolutely stunning, even this time of year (beginning of March). Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the food was out of this world. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. You definitely get what you pay for.

Very comfortable, clean and cosy with several log fires to sit round in the lounges. Staff were efficient and friendly and the food was very nice. There was a lot of attention to detail with good lighting, mirrors and controllable heating in the bedroom and bathroom. Would go again.

This was our second stay at this property to celebrate a very special Anniversary. It's in beautiful quiet surroundings. Everything is of a very high standard and breakfast was excellent. Confirmation from the hotel regarding room requests could be much better avoiding disappointment on arrival.

We stayed for two nights in February and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff are all very professional, friendly and helpful. With only fifteen rooms, this feels like a very exclusive place and nothing is too much trouble for them. We stayed in the Morbey room which was beautifully appointed; the room was vast with an extremely comfortable bed, luxury bathroom and high quality linens and toiletries. Breakfast was lovely, with a wide choice of freshly cooked options as well as fruit, pastries and cereal. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and the food was exceptional. So glad we did, as it wasn't open on the second night. The hotel is undergoing work to expand its wedding facilities, but we were not disturbed by any of it and in fact it was interesting to see what was going on. The workmanship looked to be very high standard, which will complement the current building and features. The grounds are stunning, with spectacular views of Ely cathedral and the surrounding countryside. Our only point to mention is the road noise which could be heard from our room. It was freezing cold while we were there (although not in the hotel I would add at all) but would think if you wanted the window open in warmer weather, it could be more noticeable. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back with friends.

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were comfortable, the decoration and general condition of the hotel was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good, only observation was that although the breakfast bar was sufficiently stocked for us, it was sparse for those that followed, albeit they arrived at the end of breakfast, as it wasn’t restocked for them. However overall our stay was very good.

We stayed here in 2016 and were more than happy to return. A fantastic place to stay. Very comfy bed. Lovely views and setting. Attention to detail is beyond measure. Will definitely return.

We didn’t eat in the restaurant so cannot comment on the food. However, the breakfast was superb, hot and plenty of variety. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

Exceptional.

Old Hall is set in lovely and immaculate grounds, we had a beautiful view of Ely Cathedral from our room. I can see why Old Hall will make a perfect wedding venue and a fantastic bed and breakfast. The building exterior is immaculate, inside the rooms are extremely clean and tidy. The staff is amazingly kind, polite and helpful. I would highly recommend to stay at Old Hall.
