Check in did not go well. I arrived 03.00am and they had difficulties to find my reservation.
Room is big and it was fine.
Breakfast was OK and they had omelette station, porridge and fruits.
Hotel and rooms itself needs a fresh up. I was expecting more from the pictures and descriptions.
Swimming pool area was disappointing because they had no sun beds and there was a lot of leafes in the pool.

Clean and spacious. But the rooms and bathrooms are dark. They need better lighting. The internet is also somewhat choppy.

Need to change garments in a while, bed, bedsheets and carpet seem old enough. someone lawn mowing everyday in the golf course and you hear the noise.

The receptionists are greatly helpful.Josh and James went all out to make our stay extremely comfortable.the whole reception team is very resourceful and customer care is impeccable. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are large :). I did not have any negative experience here however, I think the air conditioning needed fixing. It couldn't cool off the room. Everything else was alright.

The hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly but the room was a bit dated and the bed could have been a little more comfortable. The bathroom and especially the shower was nice!

The Golf Course Hotel is a beautiful property with spacious rooms and incredibly friendly staff. The breakfast is delicious and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Everything excellent. Only two issues: room’s lighting is very bad and gym opens at 07:00 is uncomfortably late.

The room was very big but as it was close you the housekeepers room it was very noisy from very early in the morning. The room service staff were very rude both when taking my order and delivering it. The TV caused mess endless issues which were never solved. The bidet leaked. I'll think seriously before booking again

Such a shame they’re letting this lovely hotel go down. Looks like they’ve become cash strapped as there were no complimentary sanitary products in the room, WiFiwas terrible, the a/c was terrible. Also they need to sort out the gym conditions. It’s a cramped room with no a/c and the sun blinding you.. only way to gym is before sunrise....... seriously I’ve given up on this hotel. Next

Nice property backing to trees and golf course situated within walking distance of mall and shopping. Staff friendly accodating. Well protected property with good securiity. Nice workout gym. Air conditioning hardly worked and wi-fi reception was poor.

Enjoyed the stay with stunning golf course view and calming environment. The staff was also very pleasure to deal with and took care of everything that we needed.

Hotel seems a bit miss-functioning. Perfect breakfast but other food services are week. Room big, clean and comfortable. The street (Yussuf Lule) side is a bit noisy. The pool is nice but is more like an ornament - not used by guests. Services of room services are OK, reception can improve.

Hotel was good and I even extended an extra day. The only problem I encountered is the housekeeping staff is exceptionally noisy in the morning. As they clean the other rooms up and down the hall, the talk loudly and even yell to each other. If you're trying to rest then it's a bit annoying. But once they are done or you ask them to quiet down then all is well.

It was better than most Ugandan hotels. The gym was even better than most but small compared to USA standards. Breakfast was good, a buffet with lots of things to eat. The staff was helpful with advice. I would stay here again. Swimming pool was not used, I think because it was so close to the restaurant and surrounded by trees. The safe was big enough for my laptop and easy to use.
