Great parking area for large moving truck. Easy access to dinner.

Hotel had odor of Curry from restaurant. Odor was drifting up to the 4th floor hallway where our room was. My wife gets migraine headaches from strong odors. We left a day early

The hotel lobby and hallways smelled like Curry. Now a little a lot. I realize there is a curry restaurant but there should be a way to tone down the smell. I also didn’t think the breakfast was worth the price. I frequently stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Courtyards and Hyatt Place. Their breakfast is better. Real orange juice not powdered juice like Tang. Other the those two items everything else was great.

Nice property. Our room was near elevator so not as quiet as we liked. There was no internet at the property. They did offer another property but there was only one room available and our family was gathering there from out of town so we didn’t want to separate from them. We used a hot spot from our phone and it took a lot longer to get work done as it was a slow connection. We ended up trying to get sleep when the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate. (No fire) you would think they would offer something for the inconvenience but nothing was offered except a bottle of water. If they made an attempt to make things right I would not be writing this review. We travel to Jacksonville at least 4 times a year and there are MANY choices in the area. Will chose elsewhere. The restaurant, staff and grounds were very nice. Indoor pool was extremely small.

We arrived at 3:30 (my Hotels.com itinerary specifically said our check in was at 3pm) and to our surprise, the room was not ready. There were 2 people at the front desk, a man and a woman- I unfortunately did not catch their names. The woman was very apologetic and sincere, while the man rudely pointed to the sign on the wall to us and said "just so you know, check in is at 4pm" That statement right there irritated both my husband and myself since my itinerary CLEARLY said check in was at 3pm. Normally, we wouldn't get upset about a simple mistake like that (hey no problem at all, we will grab a bite to eat and come back after 4pm). But it was the shear tone that the man said this to us that irked us to the core. It felt like he was trying to tell us that we weren't "worthy" of staying at this hotel because of not seeing that sign. Then a moment later, that same man moved over to the other side of the counter and very politely and enthusiastically greeted an airline crew and checked them in (meanwhile, this is still before 4pm).
So we decided to just leave and grab some dinner. When we came back, the nice woman that tried to check us in earlier was no longer at the counter, but the rude man was, so I showed him the screenshot of my itinerary and said "just so YOU know, it WAS on my itinerary that check in was at 3pm". He didn't even apologize, but he changed his tone with us and then checked us in.
I doubt we will be back to this hotel on our next stay.

The staff was very friendly at all time. The only small thing was the hot water. In the morning when we took a shower it was a bit cool, but about all I will come back to your area.

We stayed here last year traveling from Ohio and the front desk clerk gave a a hard time about checking in early last year and was very rude but this year when we stayed Anitra ( a different front desk agent ) was amazing Please give her a raise and a huge bonus its because of people like her businesses run the way they do

Appeared very nice, but once we got to the floor we were staying on, it smelled very bad. My bed was never changed, the sheets were gross, so I had to call the front desk to have them come change the bedding after a 10 hour drive in and a long day. Instead of housekeeping bringing an entire set of sheets, they left the room 3 times and came back during this process to grab needed items. The pool was out of order. I was not impressed with it. The best thing was the soaps! They smell amazing and work very well. Unfortunately, they stick to the wall so you cannot take them with you lol. The hotel looks nice, it was safe, but my room wasnt clean.

We will be staying there again...its convenient to the areas I need access to. Was given a room with access to an adjoining room. This was a little noisy and uncomfortable.

Hotel was advertised including breakfast but it did not. The front desk gave me a coupon to make up for this but the coupon ended up not working the next morning. The breakfast was not edible unless it was free. We were the only customer and it took 45 min for breakfast. Highly not recommend the breakfast. They ended up covering but did not want to which was very odd because it was just a below average continental breakfast. But the main reason for the 1 star review… no hot water 6 pm and 9 pm on a Saturday. The rooms have a large ac/heat window units that cuts on every 30 min during the night so essentially you wake up every 30 min. Room temp does not stay consistent. I would recommend sleeping pills then maybe you could sleep through this. Also hotel is advertised pet friendly but only for service animals. The hotel is close to restaurants and I felt safe in the parking lot at night.

Front desk customer service terrible. Room above party room that played loud music constantly after midnight. Hotel outdated and grimy. Looks great on outside but inside tells a different story.

We were there visiting family for Christmas. This hotel was very close to the base where they are stationed. It’s one of the older Hiltons, but it’s very comfortable and the staff is great! The indoor pool is very small, but a nice attraction for the kids. The pool needed a bit of cleaning and it was definitely time to change the water, but it wasn’t so bad we couldn’t use it.

We booked and i put my SO on the reservation for check in because he would get there earlier than I would. Sent him the screenshot of the reservation and upon trying to check in, he couldn't. I arrive an hour later, give his name and it was right there. She asked if we wanted to use the card on file and i wanted clarification as we laid through hotels.com and my card shouldn't be on file, but they do ask for one for incidentals and i recently had mine replaced. She then got snarky about it when i asked which card they have on file. I clarified that it was prepaid wth that one, but she may need another for incidentals which was in my hand ready. She then gave another rudely time response. My patience was already shot after a long day and working in the service industry, i try not to be THAT customer. I looked at my SO and expressed that i must be really off if I'm giving those vibes and it had been a really long day. She interjected and said that wasn't her fault to which i responded "well your soft skills are rather harsh" she said to file a complaint, i told her it's just feedback. As we walk up to our room she tells my SO she'll make a note of the interaction. I paid $150 for a decent hotel, not subpar treatment from staff who i wanted to avoid in the first place by letting him check in prior after a long day. Made him wait an hour, then couldn't even have common courtesies.

After I got over the food poisoning from the breakfast that first morning, and then had to stay an extra day because I was too sick to check out at normal checkout time - and the floors in my room being filthy - it was alright I guess.

Check in was a breeze. Room was in good condition and clean. The next morning I went downstairs to get my wife and I breakfast. We were told that there was breakfast available. Nothing was said about it costing $5.50 per person. Really disappointing for a Hilton hotel that we paid 220.00 for one nights stay. The lady at the desk was no help. She said we didn’t pay for the breakfast add on. Instead of taking care of the problem with good customer service. I’ll stay at another hotel for our next trip that will be less expensive and probably come with a breakfast.
