We go to Cannon Beach frequently and have stayed at most of the beachfront properties between central Cannon Beach and Tolovana Park. This was our first time at Land's End. The rates were sky high and we were expecting a decent resort-like experience as we have at places like Tolovana Inn and Ocean Lodge. It didn't end up being that kind of experience. The property is in a fantastic location and we learned that this is really what you are paying for. We bought an upgraded oceanfront suite. The room was drab and dark with worn, dated furniture some of which was not functional. The beds are tiny and the sofas are not really pull out beds as advertised, which was a big surprise when we unfurled it. Our bathroom was covered in mildew. There weren't a whole lot of amenities here like other properties in the area - no maid service and you have to go through a reservation process to use the hot tub (strange). Staff is only available for part of the day. We'll stay elsewhere next time.

This was a great choice for Cannon Beach. The 1BR with sleeper sofa and balcony was adequate for my small children to sleep on the sofa in the living area with plenty of room to move around, and a separate room with king bed for the parents. The balcony view was great, although it was not a direct view, I did like being able to see down the street into town and watch the beachgoers pass by. The staff was friendly and everything was adequately clean. It's not the most updated property, but comfortable and great location.

The view of the ocean was for sure a partial as advertised.
Temperature control for the room was difficult.
The tub had a dripping that couldn’t be stopped.
The upstairs guests walked heavy.
Voices from the street were louder than expected.
Pros: it was in the center of Cannon Beach and walking distance to everything.
Beach was right there.
Overall I was still very happy with this place and would visit again.

The property is such an amazing location. You walk downstairs and you are on the beach. It is beautiful. Our only issue was our bathtub/shower was cracked so when we took a shower water leaked everywhere.

Room #24 was awesome. The property is in an excellent location. You can walk everywhere, and you are steps away from the beach. Staff was incredibly helpful with beach information and recommendations. It was an awesome experience.

We love the home away from home feeling. The doggy treat, towel and blanket for our dog was a pleasant surprise. We had the side view room, but was still gorgeous to see the ocean from the window. Would recommend to friends and family, and wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Quick night in cannon beach as we head back home. Lovely stay with the perfect view from our balcony. It was nice being on the end of town, making things a little quieter.
With the unit being on the older side, perhaps upgrades will happen in the future. It would be nice to have charging stations on both sides of the bed.
All in all, a nice stay.

Nice find for a two couple stay at Cannon Beach; we secured a 2br 2ba room with a nice view and easy access to the beach. We walked down to Haystack Rock and beyond. Place is also dog friendly and has a station for washing them. Staff was friendly and helpful, thank you!

I loved the “small sea side town” feel. I was like to check in (11pm) and the staff was able to set me up right and my room lights were on for me etc.

My partner and I visited for one night. The location was awesome and they let us check in one hour early which was nice. However, for the price this place should have been a lot cleaner. There was dust everywhere, smudges all over the glasses, the sink drain was clogged and needed to be cleaned, there was a wet puddle? right in front of the sliding glass door for some weird reason that never dried the entire time we stayed and the furniture all had knicks and scratches all over.
On a positive, we were the only ones who used the hot tub it seemed so that was nice to enjoy and it was pretty clean.
Overall, good location and nice staff but needs to be revamped and cleaned.

There is a planned power outage from 10pm until 4am that we were not notified about until checking in (but we were given a flash light). We expected a full ocean view but it is only a partial view. the person checking us in was amazing and the Inn was clean

We traveled as a family down the coast so we only spent one night, but it was a very clean nicely set up room. Looked fresh and clean. It was a last minute booking but we still had a bit of ocean view. The man at the desk was very friendly and gave good restaurant recommendations.

Amazing location! We loved being able to park for the weekend & walk everywhere - the parking lot was easy and accessible. The rooms were well equipped with everything you might need. We loved the beautiful beach view & patio seating that was available.
To make it a 5 star review, I would have loved better pillows (they were terrible), maybe some privacy window clings, & some kitchen utensils could use a more thorough cleanse.

The staff are so friendly and helpful too…definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Cannon Beach!

I really cannot say enough about this establishment. The location was perfect. The staff was super friendly. The little touches (the fire log in the room, the free popcorn and movies in the lobby) were touching. I really cannot wait to return to Cannon Beach again, and know I will be hoping to stay here.

Lands End at Cannon Beach is a small, beachside property. It is an older facility that appears to have updated the room interiors. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Wi-Fi is free and excellent signal. Each room gets a fireplace Presto-type log each day and the fireplace adds warmth and ambiance. The location is great- easy walk to shops and restaurants. A small number of plates, glasses and silverware are provided, which is convenient, but with only a bathroom sink (not a kitchenette ) one wonders about the cleanliness and sanitary conditions.
