We checked in on Friday and had two reservations as we decided to stay two nights instead of one. Front desk was accommodating and we did not have to leave our room at checkout just had to some paperwork. We did however notice when we checked in that we did not have lightbulbs in our lights. We asked the front desk 4 different times and we were told someone would replace them. Never replaced. Went to use the pool and it was ice cold, even another lady ad her child said how cold it was and unswimable.

Nothing really wrong with the hotel. Hotels.com didn’t provide me with the proper information to check it at the hotel so there was an issue with that right away. Other than that, the stay was just fine!

Tony & Gina was amazing. They made us feel so welcome and comfortable on our stay. The breakfast was delicious and not only did they have options. Gina made me my own special request (sausage) thanks for the great hospitality Gina! We enjoyed our visit. See you soon!

Quiet hotel with clean rooms and lobby, staff was professional during my stay. Didn't have to pay anything extra for parking and continental breakfast was included. Not that far to the allstate arena and airport. Plus a mall is right next door so you can walk over. While they do have a pool, no hot tub, which I prefer.

Excellent hotel. Love cleanness. Rooms very comfortable, breakfast with variety. The employees are friendly and helpful, Yesenia, Maura, Veronica and Jason are very friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Very safe and well maintained property. We are coming back for sure. We recomend it

Over all good. Some supplies items were not available ex. Conditioner and Kleenex. Microwave in room would have been nice and a small freezer in refrigerator. Breakfast choices were slim.

This was a great hotel for the price we paid. I expected a 2 star hotel but got a 4 star hotel experience.

I was not happy with the flooring in our room. When I said something to the man behind the counter and showed him the picture he said that he thought all the rooms were like that. I almost always stay at Hampton Inn's when I travel, which is only a couple times a year, but this was a first. The pool also needed a good cleaning especially the white part on the pool edges. Our hallway was extremely warm and the room with the ice maker was so hot that the ice we put into our ice bucket started melting before we left the room.

This is a fairly standard Hampton Inn. My room was clean and there were enough clean towels to last a few days. The peeps at the front desk were cheery and polite. However, I didn't sleep well. I couldn't override the thermostat programming, resulting in a situation where I woke up sweaty every couple hours and had to manually lower the temperature below the preconfigured threshold in order to cool the room. Also, the mattress was unusually soft for a hotel -- not supportive enough for a side sleeper with hip issues.

A very comfortable accommodation. Generous sized rooms, lovely common area for breakfast and for visiting throughout the day. Very friendly and engaging staff. I was not expecting this at a chain hotel. New workout equipment, indoor pool. 👍👍
