Amazing hospitality with great view.

The hotel is located perfectly right next to Ladys Beach. The rooms are spacious and clean but a little bit dated. The breakfast buffet is huge and offers a big variety.

It is a basic hotel in a great location, the hotel itself is ok, it needs improvement but the rooms are decent and clean, the beach and deck are great!! that is the only reason we stayed there, the breakfast it was very poor and lacking, consist mostly of cheese and greens, coffee was out of a dispenser machine, that was my least favorite part of the stay, the hotel is about 15-minute walk to the old town, its a scenic street and very enjoyable.

i liked closness to beach didnt like breakfast ...fantastic spa the hamam was fsb and massage by the small girl was fantastic i had a few ...really good

We had a lovely week away in the Marti Hotel. Breakfast is continental, eggs always good. Beach front sunbeds, listening to the sound of the sea was so relaxing. Rooms cleaned every day, fresh towels, toiletries, & bottles water in your fridge . Couldn't fault the staff , all very helpful. Had a lovely time.

I have mixed feelings about this stay. Stayed here for two nights (September 2021) and the service was really hit or miss and inconsistent. The property itself is decent and beach front. A good location for exploring other sites nearby. The rooms and amenities are very basic - which was OK for us since we mostly spent time outdoors exploring the ancient ruins of Ephesus and Selcuk nearby and just in the room to get a good night sleep. That being said, we could not get a good nights sleep. Period. There is a disco bar at the hotel next door and the music is loud and obnoxious every night (we went during the weekdays, too) make sure you get ear plugs or soundproof headphones for a good night sleep if that's what you need. it was also a bit hard to communicate with staff for very very basic things, even though they mention English as a spoken language by the staff. Simple things like check in, requesting your car from valet parking, ordering food, and borrowing converters were very herculean tasks. In my opinion, the valet system is not very safe as they park your car in an alley somewhere up a hill and don't give any sort of ticket or process for retrieving your keys - so basically anyone can request any keys and the valet will blindly go get a car. Elevators: gotta climb up steps with heavy suitcases to get to the elevator? Beautiful location and I think lots of opportunities for improvement. Prob will look at other hotels next time I travel to the area.

I booked a deluxe room with balcony and sea view and was given a room with a balcony. When I complained they immediately moved me to a room with a balcony. The same thing happened to someone else I met who was also staying there. The view was spectacular which made my stay great. The property is quite run down with stains all over the carpet in the halls and on the sun beds. The air conditioner didn’t work well either. With some TLC it could be great.

The rooms at the hotel are lovely and clean and are cleaned everyday.The rest of the hotel is not so clean,carpets on the landings are filthy and are in need of changing..was not overly impressed with the reception staff,they where not the most welcoming,which is unlike the turkish people in the area.Its a shame it does not have a pool but you have a nice beach to use instead.

Hotel was very clean, but they have problem on sewerage and some rooms smelling terrible. Staff obsolutely double rude. I was wait beach side for serving for more than three hours. Hotel clean but their beach side very dirty and not cleaned for "ages"

The Hotel location is superb & situated just beside the sea beach. Staffs & their services are excellent. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Morning breakfast was good. We really enjoyed staying over there with family. I would love to visit again.

The hotel property is very nice, the location is excellent right outside ladies beach. The location offers restaurants and cafes right outside the property. The rooms are newly done, and well kept. The staff is very cooperative, but they don't have porter services (if they can arrange it would be great). Overall good experience and excellent location.

Great location right off the beach. Free valet parking and walking to all the restaurants and happenings. It says wi-fi, but there was no wi-fi in the room just in the hotel lobby. Breakfast buffet was nice!

It’s a nice place, with a lot of potential. The staff was, for the most part, somewhat surly and reluctant to help, with an attitude. Trash would accumulate over the course of the day in corners and at the bottom of the steps while 3 employees stood chatting and playing with their phones not more than 3 or 4 feet away. A leader who would take charge and demand results from employees could easily turn it into a much higher rated hotel. One major complaint is that the parking attendants, one in particular, were rude and overtly critical of guests. While I speak Turkish, I observed them being short, sarcastic, and once even openly hostile to other guests, especially foreigners; Going so far as to make derogatory comments when they believed it safe.

Its hotel is near sea. Room is clean but bed is unconfortabel . Staff is very good.

The hotel iis in excellent location, beautiful view by kadinlar beach, the hotel staff is very friendly but rooms need to be upgraded.
