Easy check in, clean rooms, great bar. Breakfast was the only lack luster thing, had many options though. Orange juice and apple juice machine tasted watered down.

The room was modern looking and generally speaking okay. The main problem with the room is that we encountered cockroaches, from big ones to small ones, you name it. We mentioned it to the front desk person and they just said, I'm sorry. They did not offer to change our room, or to cleanup and disinfect where we killed the cockroaches, or to fumigate the room.

Arrived and was told they didn’t have a room available as they didn’t have time to clean them all. This was at 930pm. Receptionist did make a call and found us another hotel close by but in 35 years of traveling I have never had a reservation not be honored until now. Multiple people faced the same issue as we did and were simply told “sorry but even though you have a reservation we don’t have a room for you. “

Start button no microwave did not work. That is probably the most important button. Also the ice machine on the first floor was not working. The staff was friendly though.

The cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in for several years. There was a lot of commotion on the first floor with a wedding party and kids running around. We were on the second floor and did not hear any noise.

The staff were so sweet. The rooms are beautiful. My only downfalls are the parking is a little complicated and the bathrooms in the rooms have barn doors and no fans. How are you going of have people share a room and have zero bathroom privacy? 😅

The staff was outstanding. The hotel, lobby, pool and rooms were clean. The hotel had proper amenities and accommodations. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to a beautiful view, amazing restaurants, shops and a great movie theater. The only issue my family and I had was SAFETY. Our (5) night stay with my wife and two very young children came to an abrupt hault due to safety issues. A group of Young under age teenage kids were allowed to have hotel room parities that caused a big disturbance. The group of teenagers made a lot of noise, as they were yelling screaming, smoked contraband and were repeatedly in and out of the room until early in the morning hours. The result was police being called to the hotel and their rooms. Unfortunately that group continued to cause disturbances make a lot of noise and continued to smoke contraband. As a result my family and I did not feel safe and we checked out early. Safety was a big factor.

We were very pleased with our stay. The room was spacious and very nice overall. We had a few issues, the bathroom sink backed up but the front desk was very responsive when we told them. The bed was very firm, which some people will love, and the air conditioning was a bit inconsistent. None of these things were a big deal and we'd definitely come back if staying in the area.

Location location location!!! This property looked brand new. It was so clean and conveniently located next to several restaurants all within walking distance. Great view of Lake Ray Hubbard.

The hotel was in a great location near the lake. We did not have a lake view from our room but it was still very nice. It was clean and comfortable. The service was good and the breakfast was good.

Room was wonderful great sitting area comfortable beds. Only complaint was a door on toilet would have made the bath usable by two at the same time. Only one tv but it wasn’t a problem unless those in sitting area and those in the bed closest to the window wanted to watch at same time. Great pool, great lobby bar. Breakfast area has a limited amount of tables for busy morning. About the cleanest hot I have seen in a long time.

We were going to be checking in really late (3 am) so I called ahead to notify the staff. When we showed up the lady at the desk has already had us checked in and room keys ready to allow us to get to our room quickly! In addition the staff has the AC set in the room to a comfortable temperature for us even before we got there! Beautiful hotel, and location. We will definitely be staying here again!
