Staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful with all our needs.

The hotel is located on the frontage road and near restaurants. The natural light in the bathroom is a huge plus! I really enjoyed that. The staff was friendly and professional. They even did the courtesy call to check on me about an hour after I checked in.

The parking lot is a little bit small. The spaces are tight, especially when loading luggage into your side door. Additionally, you can easily hear noise from the hallway. I was near the elevator and overheard a couple of conversations that I did not wish to. They were louder than the TV. My only choices were to hear the conversations or turn up the volume on the TV and disturb the people staying next door.

Bed was a freaking piece of plywood, room was not clean - trash from previous occupant still in bathroom, water in shower came out brown for a while when first turned on, AC kept shutting off making us hot at night, pillows were small and uncomfortable, free breakfast they should have paid me to eat it - horrific food, only thing edible was the food they didn’t cook. How do you cook sausage links and put them in a warmer and they are still cold when I put them on my plate? I’m fairly certain the eggs were microwaved….unbelievable. I would ask for me money back since I paid for a $150 room and got $39.95 room and experience.
