Perfect

Very nice hotel near the beach and many restaurants. The pool is very nice and so is the staff. It was only a bit to expensive for our budget , still we stayed 3 nights 😁.

Feb 2024: Great location with an average stay. We felt that it was slightly overpriced. The hotel itself has a charming and photogenic appearance, closely resembling the pictures online. We booked a Jr Suite, but were disappointed to find that it lacked a separate living room and office, which are typically expected in such accommodations. Instead, there was only a large chair that accommodates just one and a half persons. Additionally, we encountered issues with several outlets in the room, even after using the hotel's adapter. The bathroom door, constructed with wooden slats, lacks privacy as it allows visibility through them, and the water from the faucet stinks. Furthermore, the restriction of only two bottles of water per day necessitated additional purchases. While the breakfast provided was acceptable, it did not live up to the deliciousness mentioned in other reviews. Despite these shortcomings, we appreciated the prompt resolution of an issue with our AC unit during the night. The staff upgraded us to a larger room, which was a gesture we valued.

Courteous and friendly staff. Outstanding service overall. Excellent breakfast. Short walking distance to beach. Provide tours at very reasonable prices. We will definitely come back to this resort on our next visit to DaNang. We are very impressed and highly recommend this hotel for Price and Quality.

Loverly hotel on the main strip overlooking the beach, restaurants and bars just over the road. Spa was very good and had a great massage. Staff are very friendly and the food is nice. Our suite overlooking the bay was very well priced.

Had a two night stay. Room was clean. Bed was good. Breakfast selection above average. Service excellent. Spa service excellent all in all a very good stay. Can highly recommend it.

Positives: Big, comfy beds in a clean room. Restocked with water bottles each day. Power shower and a long, sunken bath. Wide range of choice at breakfast. Food was tasty and replenished regularly. Great location to beach (10min walk away), shops, bars, restaurants etc. Lots of multilingual TV channels for down time. Even a TV set up in the lobby showing World Cup fixtures! Helpful staff aided us in renting a scooter, making it very easy and stress free. Room came with a 200k drinks voucher which we used at the bar. Good variety of alcohoic and non-alcoholic options. Happy hour prices very competitive. One pleasant afternoon tea was included with the room rate. Negatives: Constant music at front of property can be heard through rooms. Noisy sports centre behind property, constant use of tannoy system is disruptive as early as 7am in the morning. Downstairs pool was out of service for 3 days due to private pool parties. Upstairs pool lacked music, a bar and service. Staff jet washed the patio in front of our room at midnight, which was particularly inconsiderate. Randomly at breakfast another guest left a bag of rubbish on the seat opposite me. I know this has nothing to do woth the hotel, but it was certainly disgusting. Another customer sat on our patio chairs to pose for pictures without asking. Again, nothing to do with the hotel, but staff didn't do much to prevent these things from happening. It was a bit like a free for all.

Fair price but sound proof could be improved in the room

The interior design is good. Overall cleanliness is acceptable. However, the wifi connection is poor, can't even load one web page. We contacted the staffs for help but didn't improve at all. The staffs are generally friendly and polite but not too helpful. We were told breakfast would be served on 4/F on arrival and then it was served on 1/F on the next day! We later found out that they had event on 4/F, so they temperately served on 1/F. Not a big deal to go where for breakfast but definitely not a good impression as they could just tell us clearly on arrival. In addition, they threw away my friend's shoe bag and couldn't be found. While we were check out, they told us we have used the bottle of water in mini bar which we actually didn't. We tried to explain but didn't work. Given that not a big amount of money so we paid to settle. Again, this is not a good experience.

Just a lovely entrance all and liked the gardens and swimming pools.

Staff is excellent and make the experience of staying at the resort very smooth. I really enjoyed the very peaceful environment, and cleanliness of the hotel and the breakfast buffet. Exceptional!

It was an amazing experience for us. The service was great, although not all the staff understood English, they were helpful. The room was beautiful and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the breakfast. There was a range of choices - Vietnamese or western, and they offered authentic Vietnamese coffee too! Lovely hotel, would definitely recommend it.

4.5 star new beautiful hotel. Receptionist Ma Ngan & Ms Trang were excellent. WiFi, breakfast, and beds were super. Only issue is the ground floor insulation and room cleanliness to be improve.

We were lucky to be away from the restaurant side hence no draggy tables /chairs but yet, we could hear loud music ,playing from the roof bar.

Nice hotel nearby the beach. The rooms are clean and the facilities in the hotel are good. The balcony for the most rooms is a French Balcony.

We stayed for two nights, we were happy with the location as it is very convenient to restaurants and cafes, but the stay was a bit restless due to the very poor sound proofing walls and floor. You can literally hear everyone walking or talking outside your room. The drainage of the shower was really bad, it will flood if you take a bath longer than 5 mins.

Very good service from reception staff. Location is great and very close to beach. Two pools which are pretty decent. Very good spa with in room massage options available.
