We stayed in the middle of all the clubs! We didnt know, but no cars went thru the street and it was very crowded at night, so walking thru to get to the hotel, was a bit intimidating. It wasnt easy to find the hotels entrance since there are two places with the same name and one of them didnt have the whole name written (wich was ours, but didnt know) so we went to both. Once we found the right place, were pleased to find out that the music did not leak thru the walls in the hotel so you would never guess you were in the middle of a party street.

Place is great. I recommend to stay here if you stay in Khaosan street. Price is also cheap in this area. also Staff is very kind.

Everything was good and clean! Pool was very nice. Only thing was a cockroach in the bathroom. Super good location for tourist & grand palace is in walkable distance.

Room not Clean at all. I've change room first because it didn't match what I've booked. And that room was really dirty everywhere. Staff member convince me to stay over night in that room. I felt really uncomfortable with the whole thing. Staff member in reception didn't care about me. So after a while I refused and got a room on fourth floor. Much better in all ways, still dirty but bed was really comfortable. If you will stay here it will be dirty but area and staff are friendly. Housekeeping is a failure here - they don't even change your bedsheets while "cleaning the room". I needed one extra hour for check out and the guy in red in reception wanted 600 bath. He didn't care at all about my situation and for me that tells staff is not here for guest service - only for working hours. And now he's sitting in the reception with his arms in the air and relaxing. So I'm changing hotel to another one instead of staying here 20 more days! I can't handle low service skills in this industry!!

When I stayed here in 2018, the rooms where new and looked like the pictures. 6 years on, and they already look worse for wear. We checked into the first room and there was a cockroach running around, so they put us in a different room. Several days later, and we had another cockroach. I won't be staying here next time I visit Khaosan road. Also, the layout of the grand deluxe suite is very weird, with the sink being in the middle of the room facing the bed. Oh and the final part, we asked for an extra towel, this took 3 hours to get to our room.

Great location on Kao San Road. The area was loud, but it was very quiet in the hotel. Lots of food and shopping steps away. Taxis and Tuk tuks were right there. Hotel was older but comfortable. Roof top pool and bar were nice. I would stay there again.

Room very small . No wardrobe, we had to keep all our cloths in our laggage in the middle of the room. No space to walk. Overall was good
