WiFi don’t work doors are old staff is cranky showers are old ac is old blows dusty air phone to call the lobby dosent even work don’t let the 4 star fool you it’s really like a two star they paid for their stars don’t stay here you will regret it

I arrived at the hotel following a night flight. I was told that I couldn’t go to my room until 12 noon. My room was not ready until 2 pm, the reception staff are rude, and pay no attention to the guests. The hotel itself is in a good location and the rooms and cleanliness are alright for what you pay. The carpet in the rooms were very old and dated. The breakfast was adequate. The reception staff are a downfall for this hotel, as they have no customer service skills and are plain rude.

Great location, very central. Hotel is a little outdated though, with very tired carpets. We booked the Suite room with a promise of a 'sauna' this didn't exist. The valet parking attendant was amazing though and definitely needed at this location.

Inexpensive and well located, close to public transport, restaurants and attractions. The staff were kind and friendly and willing to help. Although we did receive some wrong information about a tourist location (we were told it was closed when it was in fact open). The biggest problem was that we could not get a strong Wi-Fi signal in our room during our stay, quite often it would drop out completely. The rooms are clean and well maintained but they could do with some decorations, that goes for the corridors as well.

No runing water in bathroom to take shower each morning.,no coffe maker in the room ,,no parking place for car .,did not perform the wakeup call i was runinf late to airport .they charge for breakfast no good

The area is good. Lots of restaurants nearby to eat but the hotel itself is poorly. The room is dark and not happy invironment. Even if you go to the Lobby it’s feels very depressing. I don’t want to stay here again.

We requested a non-smoking room and when we checked in the room reeked of smoke. We were told that guests smoke in all rooms and they can't do anything about it. To make this easier for guests, ashtrays and matches are provided in all rooms. Room was very dark. Bathtub is slippery and no grab bars. Tub side is very high, so difficult to get in and out. \unsafe. Mold around tub and faucets.

I had reserved 2 rooms for 4 nights at this hotel. Uppon arrival, we were skocked when We saw the condition of the rooms. It was not possible to stay the night there. We went to a hotel across the street from ismira hotel called Kordon hotel. It was very clean and tastefully decorated and provided hot breakfast buffet at a reasonable price. I spoke with the manager of Ismira hotel and asked for refunding the cost of at least 3 nights and deduct only 1 nights cost although we didnt stay there but because of the short notice. The staff of the hotel told me that they charged us only for 3 nights and that expedia should be refunding to me the cost of 3 nights for 2 rooms. I am all hope that expedia will refund us the amount we paid for 2 rooms for 3 nights.
