I love their breakfast. Room is big but looks bare, only one chair in the room. Staff are accommodating. Hotel is connected to the mall which I really enjoyed it

A clean place with reasonable price to stay for a nigh or two is good.

A/c works well. Breakfast buffet is good even though the section is thin. Pool is nice but cold for being indoors. Nice having it connected to a shopping mall for all your needs and wants.

Summit it a very convenient place to stay. It has the Robinsons Galleria mall attached to it which makes everything you need close by. They also have an indoor pool and a nice gym to keep yourself in shape. The breakfast is the best and the staff are efficient and quick.

It’s literally right next to Robinson’s so the location is excellent. Because of this though, I’d skip the breakfast buffet option. Go to Starbucks, Jollibee or anywhere else and you’ll get your money’s worth. There isn’t anything really good (nor really bad) but that’s why it’s nor worth it in my opinion.
The staff is friendly and helpful but the rooms itself need a renovation soon. They’re also not bar, but also not good.

Easy check in and safe place. I have stayes here now multiple times and i fint convenient alwyas as ferry terminal 1 is 7min from hotel and airport approx. 25-30min..

We didn’t know the hotel was connected to Robinson’s Mall. That was a bonus and made it easier to walk between the hotel and the mall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great and dinner was also great. Really enjoyed staying at Summit Galleria.

Convenient location. We didn’t get to spend too much time here as we only stayed overnight. The room is descent but the bathroom facilities can use some maintenance. Water pressure seems low during our stay.

I am very disappointed with the service because I was told to wait 20mins because the room was not ready for me. Check in time was 2 pm and 20 mins late for check in is not acceptable for me.
They should always make sure rooms are ready for the next customers. They should not let customers to wait for 20 mins.

I had a few days in Cebu following vacation before working for a week and this was a good location. You are attached to a mall with various food options, a massage spa, and a movie theater. This was nice considering how hot it was outside. The room was nice although more seating would have been good as well as hand towels. One thing I really like is the pool - it is rare to have one long enough to swim laps in and this one does. I got up early to swim laps before it got busy with families. Overall great staff.

When I got my reservation I paid for their breakfast. It was well worth what I paid! Great variety and the omelette that was made for me was fantastic. The only problem I had was that the ahower floor was very slippery. I almost fell twice. But other wise I would stay there again. The breakfast was so good!

right next to a very large mall so shopping was easy. The pool and fitness center was nice but could have used a leg machine. But the breakfast there was top notch! The chef made me am omelette that was phenomenal and perfectly made election of food for that purpose was beyond belief. I give them five stars and everything.

Would call when room was ready and we could get key, but forget to call. It was to cold in room and asked help 2 times to fix aircondition but was still cold. It was clearly broken. Can not help with trips, most hotels I visit in philippines have that service. Cleaning was perfect.

There are so many amenities missing. We had to call the operator/service for staff to bring them over. Limited table space. Light switches are hard to figure out. Room floor is cold.
