Nice breakfast and view from property

Great value for the purchase. We prolonged our stay. Nice big room with a view over Darjeeling and Kangchendzonga. The cleaning and roomservice is efficient. The reception is efficient too and very kind with advices. Thanks to Priyanka.

Beautiful view of the Kanchenjunga and staff is superb. The property has no vents even in bathroom!! Moldy snd must bathroom but super clean walls and floor.

The staff was courteous and the view from the room was wonderful. However the room and bathroom amenities need to be better.Food quality was decent but the variety in the menu needs to be improved for non veg items.

We were overall very pleased with the different Summit hotels we stayed in. The rooms were very nicely decorated and breakfast was quite delicious and inexpensive. Our only disappointment was that we needed a taxi and couldn’t get ahold of the lady who organizes taxis. I wish they could have given us direct numbers of taxi numbers to call ourselves.

The rooms are spacious and clean, we stayed in the club room.We only stayed in Darjeeling for 2 nights but our experience was phenomenal, from the view to the food to the friendly staff.When you open your window, you have a clear, undisturbed view of Kanchenjunga mountain.The hotel is located quite central to the markets and monasteries as well as eating places, like Subway.Their in-room dining is also very tasty and well worth the money.On arrival, the staff are very friendly and offer you this amazing cup of tea (perfect for the cold weather)They took all the care to ensure that we were looked after during the entire stay, checking if we needed supper or if we had breakfast.I left one of my valuables at the hotel on check out and they were honest enough to contact me and then even went out of their way to courier it to me.The staff are truly special and they make the stay well worth it.
