A located at the heart of Surfers Paradise and to all amenities. Highly recommended. Walking distance to everything. Very busy place and can be noisy at night with party goers. Will go back again

Excellent property in the middle of everything

If only there was at least 1 pan… nothing to cook food or even eggs in.. apart from that cannot fault it… had an absolute best time… the sunrise was beautiful… the facilities around were all amazing

The stay was good.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. The property is in a very poor, it’s just filthy. I have stayed in this same property in 2016, it has not been touched since. Walls are dirty, stained, it’s just disgusting. When we came in the carpets seemed not to be vacuumed, bed pillow sheets were stained yellow and have proof of that. We had cockroaches in the kids bedroom and I have photos of it..as soon as we entered we went to Woolworths and doesn’t $80 in cleaning supplies and wiped, scrubbed and washed before our children can use. It is the most disgusting experience we have ever had.

Best place I’ve stayed on the GC. So clean, close to Cavill Avenue, great pool, close to everything GC.

The apartment is clean and spacious and in close proximity to the heart of Surfers Paradise. However the checkin process could be more personalized and less confusing by not using messaging to communicate to inform us of where to locate the checkin office and collecting the keys from a safe box. Why have an office in the first place if there is no one present? This is especially true for first timers.

The property was great as it had many different things provided such as a pool and a playground. The property is also nearby to many restaurants and activites which are easily accessible by just walking out from the property. The only downside is the lifts which had a long waiting time.

I read some reviews after I booked and heard it was horrible. After sorting out the key and parking which was a bit difficult I was very surprised and absolutely loved the apartment and its location. I would definitely go back.

My bed was sinking and felt poor quality like I could feel the springs I know it’s an old apartment but the bed needs an upgrade Secondly why are there no bed side lights. How do u expect us to read or use bedside items

Apartment is nice and spacious and the view is amazing. Beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was good. However there was an issue with the aircon and no instruction manual to adjust the temp. So it was either freezing or really warm. There were also 9 lights that were blown or not working. Otherwise the facilities were great. Location is fabulous and within walking distance to dining, transport and attractions. Parking was safe and large enough to fit a 4wd in comfortably.

Awesome area and spot but apartment definitely needs a Reno, carpet and lounges are filthy, bed is horrible, only thing that saves it is the location and view
