The staff was friendly. The room was clean and ready for us to relax. The overall stay was quite and relaxing.

It was great room and staff. Top notch. Neighbor’s were abit rowdy though. Would stay again.

Overall the stay was good. The problem was at chec in. I reserved the 2 rooms for pay when you arrive. They charged my card before I got there. When i arrived the charge was higher than what was agreed upon on the site.

Tom was nice clean. I booked this hotel because I needed a room for 5 people. But when we got I to the room it only had three towels. And the pull out coach did not have any sheets and there was no extra blanket. Went to the desk and they did not have any towels or blankets just some sheets. Breakfast was good. Had a few options.

I had bugs in my bathroom on the third floor. Smelled like weed in the elevators.

Afternoon/evening staff very unfriendly, we did not feel welcomed. Strong smell of weed in hallway. Curtains and wall in room were dirty. Toilet is cracked and wouldn't flush, had to open tank lid and reach in to make it work. Strong smell of sewer backing up. Morning staff was not any friendlier. Not a vert good place to stay. I would not stay there again or recommend to anyone.

We saw an amazing ballgame with the Rangers and the breakfast was good to start the day!!

I have two emotional support animals and I have the documentation for them which I presented. I checked the website thoroughly before I booked with this location and it said that there was a charge for pets, but there wasn’t for service animals. It didn’t say anything about emotional support animals being Considered as pets. So they charged me an additional $xxper night. And I kept trying to get resolution with them into cancel the second day so that I could go someplace else rather than paying xx dollars per night. And they just didn’t get back to me , I kept working with Expedia trying to get some resolution, but I couldn’t through Danyale the very slow moving clerk said that she checked with her manager and the manager above that and got nothing for me. But she had told me she would call me back and tell me I had to call her to keep asking. I guess the general manager finally let me cancel the second day since, I had no thought that they were going to charge me an extra xxx per day for my two ESA’s. I think this is a real problem. I have not had any problem up to this point with other Choice hotels. It’s a shame because it is a lovely location. The room was well appointed, the bed was nice. It did not smell of borax which my next hotel did. But it was heartless. So their review rules do not allow me to state prices in my review so let me just say the amount for 2 emotional support animal equal to the charge for the hotel room for the night per night.

It was an overall good stay

The people above us and beside us were extremely loud. The lighting in the room was as horrible and nothing was centered. The tv wasn’t centered with the beds and made it hard to watch from either the couch or bed. The breakfast area was extremely small and poor. There were very few options and none of it was good. For the price, I am disappointed.

I liked the staff, very kind and helpful with any questions. However, the rooms could use some upgrading. Our sofa bed was a bit broken. When asked for extra pillows, there wasn’t any ready. Restroom’s sink faucet would have water backup and didn’t drain easily. The smell of the hallways or room wasn’t super fresh and clean. Housekeeping was cleaning with a lot of cleaning products so the scent was a bit too much. Overall, it was a convenient stay for our trip.

The toilet barely worked it would take forever to refill so you could flush it. The next morning there was a note stating that we couldn’t use the water. So of course it makes for a bad day when you can’t even get a shower and I not eat at a place when they say they don’t have water. The place was clean though and the staff was great!

Staff was super helpful and constantly working to maintain a clean facility.

Hotel could use some updates. The rooms are out of date. But it was conveniently located when we went to see Morgan Wallen.
