Like: walkable to the cruise terminals. Dislike: not too much sightseeing

We have never stayed in a Room Mate hotel before. This was our first time and we were so impressed. I chose this hotel because of it's closeness to the cruise port. I did not realize that it was just across the street. Check in at the hotel was a breeze. The lady checking us in was the friendliest young lady. Check out the next morning was just as easy. We absolutely loved the shower! The mattress was very comfortable. We never heard any noise during the night. The next time we are in Europe we will check out the RoomMate chain. However, this location has set the bar really high. I can't imagine any being better than this one.

Loved our stay at this property. We booked a king room with a terrace and it was great. Room and terrace were spacious and clean. Very modern decor and nice bathroom amenities were included.

This was a wonderful stay. I flew in from Atlanta, Georgia and had six hours of Jetlag. Got to the room and it was a little warm told the front desk went out and got a cheeseburger came back and everything was just fine. The shower is fantastic with good water pressure Handheld and above head Faucets. I kid you not the breakfast was very very elegant. I travel a lot and this is one of the most elegant breakfasts I have ever had. Had a cocktail too and woke up the next day and walked to my Celebrity cruise ship. If you’re going on a cruise at a Rotterdam, this is the place to stay.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. After we checked out, one staff ran after us to return a CAD$10 that dropped from my hudband's pocket in our room. One staff helped us to take our suitcases to the ship. We appreciate such excellent service.

I like everything it was great

AH (supermarket) is very close by (across the street) which is handy. I would recommend booking your parking ahead of time. We parked at the World Port Center Interparking, which was the most budget friendly option, but it was already fully booked on our first day, so we had to book at a different parking lot (Boston & Seattle QPark). A nice walk across the Erasmus bridge leads you to the center of Rotterdam. We had a nice room and a nice stay in Rotterdam. It was nice to see all the cruises arrive and depart. The foodhallen next to the hotel are recommended for lunch or diner!

This the place to stay if you are taking a cruise. Just perfect.

Fabulous room. Lots of space and really great bathroom suite. Full size shower and large bathtub. Rain shower or hand held option. Separate toilet and bidet. Breakfast option was great!

Lovely hotel. Lovely staff. But the room was so dark that even with every light on, it was too dark to put on makeup. Even the public areas were dark. I knn no ow it’s the ambiance, but….

Clean and good location with amenities and transportation close by. Very loud street music until 2am made sleep a challenge on our second night. Odd bathroom/shower setup.

I liked the creative use of an old warehouse with bold, modern decor. We were able to check in early as requested after a long flight. Everything worked well and was comfortable. The adjacent food hall has great options for lunch or dinner. We paid for breakfast, which had a good variety of items. The location is great for a pre-cruise stay as the terminal is right across the road.

Rotterdam and the Room Mate Bruno hotel was only meant to be layover before catching a cruise, but ended up being a wonderful experience. The hotel was great and has everything we needed - comfortable and spacious room, food hall with lots of dining and cocktail options, walkable area to get out and explore, and super easy access to the cruise terminal. We highly recommend it!

This hotel is in a nice quiet area just a few minutes walk away from the museums. Great staff and very nice breakfast, comfortable beds and nice room. Easy walk to public transportation. Great hotel!

Was a lovely property, staff very friendly and loved the area close to port as we were taking a cruise.

We have arrived the evening before our cruise embarkment day. It is very quiet and clean. The location is super near the cruise port and the area is very safe for a morning stroll.

No wash clothes...other that it was great...a 1 minute walk to the cruise port...

Located in the Kop van Zuid! Close to the Erasmus bridge and the city center. It is very close to the metrostation Wilhelminaplein. Excellent room and clean.

We stayed in Rotterdam for three days, prior to leaving on a cruise. We booked a "superior" room at Roommate Bruno, which was quite spacious by European standards. The metro was only 2 blocks away, and that gave us easy access to just about anywhere we wanted to go in the region. Staff was very friendly. We didn't book breakfast, although we ate breakfast at the hotel one day. It was quite expensive for what you got, in our opinion. Instead, we suggest picking up some pastry or a sandwich at the Albert Heijn across the street. Much cheaper and will tide you over until lunch.

The staffs at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. It’s the best choice if you are going to the cruise ship terminal in Rotterdam. It’s also very convenient to everywhere in the city.
