It is a nice property, well located, with parking. The only thing that is terrible is the bathroom where you have nowhere to put a single thing. Not practical at all. We had to put a table inside to be able to put a towel and toiletries

We enjoyed our short stay at this hotel and its amenities. Some of the cons was that our room was next to their laundry room and we would hear the washing machines and dryers throughout the day. Also, the shower would leak unto the bathroom floor and placing a towel on the floor would just keep the whole floor wet. The bathroom didn't have ventilation so it would smell damp soon after a shower. The pros were that the restaurant had good food and the staff from the front doormen, cleaners, front desk, and driver were courteous and professional.

Comfy rooms, great pillow selection, friendly staff, lovely space, situated in a quiet, more residential part of town, a nice walk away from the main attractions of the centro.
Not so cool:
If you want parking, it's available but tough to get in and out of. 3 floors underground and no lift, so be prepared to hike your luggage up a narrow flight of stairs.
The pool is functional but very small and needs maintenance.

Staff was nice but it took us hours to get some tooth paste. We also only got one towel for two people after room service. All good just ask for more if needed… the entertainment on the weekends was superb… I would stay here again.

We loved staying in this wonderful neighborhood & even more at such a beautiful, unique hotel. Our experience was excellent! The staff is great we loved bonding with them especially Alejandro and Ivón, they were so awesome! We didn’t want to leave and we are surely coming back. We walked mostly everywhere and it was an experience of its own with all the street art and all the unique shops and cafes everywhere! There is something to do at literally every corner in this neighborhood! Definitely recommend 10/10!!

It is a lovely quiet property! Super nice reception service. Our A/C was not cooling very well. Went to talk to the recepcion desk and they sent the technician right away. He fixed it and everything worked properly

Good location for exploring central Oaxaca. Walking 15 minutes to several excellent restaurants and shops. Lots of good options closer by. Comfortable but small room.

Great for extended family. Many places to meet up and run into each other. Buffet very good. Perfect location. We held a wedding ceremony there and courtyard was beautiful.

Loved staying at City Centro! Great price for hotel and great location. Since it’s cheaper, amenities are a bit more basic. For example, AC unit wasn’t particularly powerful, but still great for the price

It was very good. I suggest providing more launge furniture by the pool area.

A member of our party got sick and had to extend her stay because she wasn’t well enough to travel and the staff went above and beyond to support us. I especially want to thank Susanna at the front desk who was so helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel, it’s like staying with family.

Excellent location for a visit to Oaxaca in the artsy and quaint Jalatlaco. Wonderful on site food in the restaurant and outside patio. Friendly staff

The hotel is tastefully designed; has excellent common spaces; is modern, clean and efficient; and enjoys a good location in a very trendy neighborhood. Some other reviews commented on noise: I could clearly hear every door open and close, and talking in the hallways, but not what was going on in adjacent rooms.

Great location , easy 15 min walk to many scenic spots. 5 minute walk from great dining options and Coffee shops. Hotel was was great, clean , staff was wonderful . Highly recommend staying here

Fantastic location with many sweet, inexpensive shops and cafes within blocks. Staff was terrific. Our only complaint was noise - footsteps above our room sounded very loud, slamming doors, at one point a fire alarm from an adjoining room that we were told was set off by hot bath water. Front desk was very kind and switched our room to the top floor which minimized the problem.
