Overall a good adults only resort.

Had a great 8 days at this hotel.workers like Ibrahim at the reception to George st the Italian restaurant and so many y others I don’t recall their names were amazing they go out of their way to satisfy you in any way they can. Great thanks all the chefs we had great cooking and lots of variety.entertainment changed everyday wonderful. Next time we will stay longer. Thanks to the great team. The beach is beautiful Service great Lots of towels Only disadvantage is to to wake up at 6:00 to reserve a spot but I survived it, snd it msde Me start my day esrlier The spa and massage is amazing Trip snorkelling was Also amazing We loved our vacation Thank you all

Hotel located in very good part of Sahel hashish , next to old town , you can go for a nice walk morning and evening . Beach is amazing loved our swim and snorkel every morning. Room were a bit rundown Food was ok in buffet But the area and promenade and beach was excellent

Great location right on the Sanady beach. I’ve traveled all over the world looking for crystal water beach with normal sandy shoe resorts with no weeds lying on the beach, Sahl hashish and this resort in particular has it all. All inclusive deal is the way to go, they have one of the best open buffet . Very generous buffet. I can’t say enough about the excursions that you can do to make it unique vacation. I’ll think twice before I choose a different destination for my next vacation. 5 stars

The staff here are so welcoming, polite, and professional. The food was good. The drinks were ok. The beach view is nice and the rooms are huge and modern

Overall our stay was ok. Room was already a little bit old, shower pressure was super low and hard to adjust. Air conditioner was noisy and could not warm up. Staff was friendly and helpful, beach is alright and clean.

Amazing days at Sunrise. The resort is really clean, with great food options for the all inclusive package. We highlight food quality from dinner at the Asian restaurant. Room was huge and comfy. Only two things need improvement: 1) reception staff is not friendly and they are not always willing to help; and 2) other resorts may have more activities - by walking in the shore, we saw other places aparently with more options.

Excellent service from all facilities. Beach staff, restaurant staff, reception, room cleaning. Came from Canada, and I have to admit this is the best hotel ever. beach is impeccable every day. Food is great with variety and delicious. Staff serving the food were quick and at the same time courteous/kind . Chefs were always around making sure all is well. All Desserts were excellent especially the oriental. Al la carte restaurants really good , Lebanese and Chinese were just amazing, didn’t get the chance to try Indian. All waiters gave excellent service, one to mention is Ebrahim, quick and professional in dealing with us. But honestly all waiters were wonderful. Food and beverage manager always there to make sure all is running smoothly and very pleasant to deal with. Reception always attentive to our needs and helps to the best of their ability. One that always stand out is Ibrahim at reception. He is an excellent multi tasker and help when needed. Snorkeling trips is a must, braccuda arranged it and was honest as to what to expect and We liked that especially in Egypt. Safari also was excellent we loved the private 3-6 tour (not too long and not too short)Once again Beach just wow. Hotel wow. Will definitely come back again without hesitation.

I spent four nights the hotel is amazing and wonderful the stuff are very friendly and polite specially Mr EMAD at the reception office the beach is Sandy , clean and beautiful it's the sea is very nice exempted there is no any coral or snorkeling but it's very nice for swimming

Staff at the reception are terrible. Most of the other staff are friendly and go out of their way to please the guests.

We Stayed 2 nights, I can confirm the Room is very Luxurious and very comfy. I didn't like the food variety its very limited from my point of view, also the quality of food is of average (honestly not bad but no the best) Pool area is cool and different. The beach is the best and we enjoyed it so much. All the bars (specially the snack bar) were a bit limited without many drinks variety specially (soft drinks) Snacks menu (only pizza and burger) again confirming my point that food in that hotel is of average. The hotel other than the rooms (need renovation) specially the restaurant.

It was my honeymoon, and they made it a very experience, very bad staff 's attitude

Everything was above expectations, It was great experience. Starting from the reception Veronica was amazing, every time she saw me she made sure that I was happy and satisfied with the service. Salah and Mina at the snack bar, Khaled at the beach bar, chief Mahmoud m, and the waitresses Micheal, Husain, and Saieed were are super friendly and great to chat with. Also the Ramdan from room service was amazing. Food was great and in huge portions, the beach was perfect and the water was so clear. We had a photo session done with Emad, photos were great.

I know I was upset when the hotel didn’t send me the requested pickup from airport, however all the apologies I had were more than enough 🙂 I spent wonderful four days, left and came back after 3 days for another two nights, without even rethinking 😁 The manager, staff all resort family were amazing U can see the manager everywhere just checking that everyone is happy and satisfied; I met so many foreign couples coming to this resort every year, and sure I now understand why 😌 Best massage I had in the spa Thank u all resort family I am a member in ur family now and I will happily 💙💙💙💙recommend u to all my adult friends
