Comfy beds, very clean, great breakfast with a nice seating area, my kids were thrilled that they could watch Netflix, the pool was nice, everyone was super friendly, and whole place smelled really good. We’ll definitely be back.

The room was small, but very clean and functional. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

People above me were constantly stomping around all night. People were slamming doors at 2 am. Except for the staff member that checked me in, the rest of the staff was short and rude. Maybe it’s just me but, I think people in Hospitality industry should be hospitable.

Overall, this was a great property. We felt safe and comfortable. We did not get to stay more than a few hours because it was a Quick trip. But based on what we saw, we did book 6 rooms for a future date in November.

Great place. Very clean and updated. Restaurants are within walking distances. Our only complaint is that something needs to be done about breakfast. Way too crowded and they need to reorganize it for a better flow. Even hard to get coffee. We left and didn't even try to fight to get breakfast.

My wife recently had a knee replacement and the attendant was able to put us in a room close to a door with easy access actually on the 1st floor. Breakfast was pretty standard but not a lot of sugar free items. Remember a large portion of the population cannot have sugar due to diabetes and other health conditions.

Was good overall. Accumulated small things contributed to score. Elevator floor alignment. Ice machine placement and noise abatement. No in-room safes. Etc.

The hotel is well located, modern, and clean. The bathroom is spacious with a very roomy shower. The complimentary breakfast had fresh choices and was tasty. I experienced challenges with my room key. It always took several minutes for it to turn green and unlock. I was really looking forward to a swim in the, clean, attractive indoor pool. Unfortunately, the water was uncomfortably cold. There are several hotels close together parallel to highway 71 and you do hear the trucks continuously. My earplugs or music on my phone were enough to take care of it.

Location of hotel was very convenient and there was easy access to a number of businesses, restaurants, etc. Fairly easy to get in and out of.

My only regret is that we stayed only one night! Everything was perfect, plus the workout room was clean, modern, equipped, and easily accessible.

Had an issue with the automatic curtains opening throughout the night in my first floor wheelchair accessible room #125. As a disabled person, having to keep getting out of bed to close the curtains was a challenge. Hotel personnel were unable to get the issue resolved. Asked to be moved to another room and was told none available. Asked for a discount on the room because of the issue and was told nothing they could do since I booked through Hotels.com. I asked if they could give me some free points and was told no because I didn't have an account with Marriott for them to give me points. However, I did have a Marriott so that wasn't true.

Excellent customer service. Was informed of everything on-site and greeted with a warm welcome. Quick and efficient with no problems of checking in. Would definitely come back again and strongly recommend that you make your next booking here.

Brand new or at least looks it! Breakfast was really good. Laundry and gym were nice! Pool was small. Neighbors upstairs were a little noisy, parking was not the best, but lots of restaurants and location was prime quiet tucked behind busy shopping area. Room was great 2 TVs and pull out coach with bedding. Housekeeping was great too!
