This hotel is quite nice and very convenient. Staff are friendly and carrying smiling faces. But it is only a small hotel. We woukd like to visit Vietnam in the future again. Vietnamese peole are quite nice but we need to be aware of petty things such as no pricing, driver asked for tips, poor public transportation. Overall, good value for mobey to travel to Vietnam.

Hai An Beach Hotel is directly connected to My Khe Beach. From the oceanfront rooms, you can see a beautiful view of the sunrise. The breakfast buffet was excellent in both variety and quality, and we enjoyed it throughout our six-night stay. The only disappointment was the kitchen facilities. We chose a one-bedroom apartment (beachfront) with a kitchen. However, despite the full kitchen, there was no cutting board, knives, cutlery, microwave, etc., and our requests were not met. I have stayed in many rooms with kitchens, but this was the first time I had such an experience. Although the room had a kitchen, we decided to ask for room service from the hotel restaurant. At first, the food was served all at once, so we ended up eating cold food (there is no microwave, so we cannot reheat it), so we asked staff Alice to deliver the food every 30 minutes. She readily agreed, and we were able to eat hot and delicious food. It is definitely thanks to her that our stay was so good. Thank you again, Alice.

Nice view of sun rise, convient location

We had a great stay here. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good too.

The front beach view is good

Located in good area however the noise was the let down as there was music every night n windows are not sound proof. If you are a light sleeper this hotel and those on the same road is not for you.

Shower booth overflooded all the time. Because a window was not closed perfectly because of the construction problem, noisy and incovinient.

Numerous taxis and grabs park right out front, they seem honest and cheap. It can be difficult to walk around some areas due to broken footpaths and motorbikes parked just anywhere. There is a night walking street that can be easily reached on foot just neat the hotel.

Very nice and convenient

Very clean facility and excellent location which is beach front and close to other interesting place. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet has variety of food choices. The pool is nice with looking out to the sea. The spa is great with excellent service. Will come back to stay next time to visit Da Nang city.

This hotel was located right across from the beach, so it was very convenient! There were also lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool was also really nice. The only complaint was that we could hear our neighbors quite clearly, so maybe more noise cancelation would be helpful.

Beach conveniently located within walking distance of hotel. Great breakfast selection and lovely rooftop pool.

Staff went above and beyond to have a room available for us before checking time. We love the Anniversary decorated with lovely card and fruit. The staff gave us two breakfast to bring with us due to our flight arrangement. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay! This hotel is great overall. The location is ideal, rooms are clean as well as comfortable, the breakfast options are endless, also the staff at the hotel were incredibly kind, warm, and helpful - the doormen especially. Would stay again!

Great staff, wonderful food and drinks. Awesome location. The worst part was the construction next door.

Great location, however, the property needs to have some update. There was no hot water, which it was very unpleasant.

The included breakfast was great. Lots of fantastic food to choose from. Also loved the proximity to the beach. The afternoon tea service was a bonus. Had the couples massage and it was great. Would recommend this place to friends. Loud at night, due to being close to evening activities along the beach promenade.

Room was good, partial sea view. Hotel clean, rooftop pool and bar good. Breakfast a bit chaotic, plenty of choice to suit all tastes.

Our room has a view of the beach which is nice. However, it does get noisy at night. There's party music going past midnight so this may be a problem for light sleepers. The welcome drink was just bottled water. The staff seem to be less friendly probably because of the large volume of customers

Great place, very accomodating as we arrived with two bike boxes and lot of other stuff to compete in 70.3 Danang. Excellent breakfast, free afternoon tea and amazing staff. Great location, across from beautiful beach and near shops, restaurants etc.
