Good

The location is good but only during our check in we’re expecting that our suite is ready but when we came in our room is not yet ready and we have to wait for almost an a hour though they gave us a room to stay for that but we can’t unpack and pack again we’re so hungry we just want to leave our things supposed to be but we don’t have a choice but wait for the housekeeping to finish cleaning our suite.

Room is spacious but lack a table or chairs. Only one plastic chair is in the room. Bathroom door opens awe wardly. Have to open the door step away then shut the door before getting to the toilet. Amenities is limited. Bring your own body lotion, conditioner. Hotel website states walk from Phaya Thai airport link which is 16 mins away not 10 mins. It is much closer from Ratchaprarop which is about 10 mins. With the heat and luggage, every minute counts. Good food stand by victory monument bts which is 5 mins away. The bathroom does smells bad especially when the toilet bowl lid is left opened. The room itself is fine.

Hotel is comfortable.

We are on family vacation and i like the family suite, spacious just like home away from home. But the breakfast is always the same every morning no variation.

We have early land tour in morning 6.30am but hotel don't provide breakfast even its included in our booking. Their breakfast start at 6.30am, so not like other hotel will provide at least a simple breakfast. Luckily we manage to get the street food nearby, else it will be a hunger journey for the land tour. Also, we are being asked to be quite during breakfast time, while the other group are also loud, I think this hotel staff discriminate us as Asian travellers. Anyway, I will not go back this hotel despite their service.

We had a lovely time and the staff were amazing, always accommodating and able to give us information or help. The downside was that it was quite hard to sleep because there was tapping noises in the hotel rooms we stay in. Also, all you can eat buffet was very limited and could've had more of a selection.

I've stayed here a few times this will be my last there seems to be a funky smell in the rooms

Staff were excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of shops/restaurants nearby. Hotel was very clean. Bit of a way from downtown Bangkok. Rooms were basic (610) Bed was rock hard. 8 out of 10 in all

Accessible to BTS, street foods around. Nice location

Well decorated lobby, posh and a huge lobby. Spacious rooms with lots of room to move around. Bathroom had a weird smell every time you enter back to your room. Cleanliness of the room is good, although our duvet was not changed since day 1 of our stay, the rest was alright. Not much English Entertainment programs, mostly news, political programs and other channels. Rooftop pool was relaxing in the evening! At noon, it was burning hot. There was a poolside bar as well with 1 for 1 alcohol happy hour. Breakfast buffet dinning had a nice spread but it was continuous, there is the Asian corner with your daily rice, dishes, soup and rice porridge. Continental corner with your ham & sausage, waffle, French toast, salad corner, pastry & bread station, 2 choices of cereals, fruit corner, juice, water and milk station and lastly the Egg station which was made to order. Around the vicinity of the hotel, there were 7-elven, supermarket 24/7, otteri wash & dry (So recommended) $100 baht ($4SGD) to literally wash & dry depending on your load of wash, mine was was between the range of 9kg or less. In the evening, you may chance upon by side of the road people selling durians ranging like $100 baht - $150 baht, looks really big and fresh too! 10 mins walk to Victory Monument BTS. Palace Massage (Recommended) Only cash payments. Great hospitality from the service staff, to the FO team, to the lady in blue probably the DM. Good job! Thank you.

They were very friendly and helpful when we needed assistance finding out meeting point for our tour.

Thw shower pressure was low . We encounter no water when the next connecting room guest shower at the same time. The house keeping keep forgetting to leave the bath towel continuously for 2 nights , this are the most unhappy part for my stay in this hotel

The lobby is 5 star, the customer service is 5 star but the room sadly 2 star. Room is spacious but there’s dust everywhere, the bed is not clean full of dust mites, can’t sleep comfortably bites everywhere, mattress is also cheap, painful rest upon waking up.

Quite disappointed with the toilet as it was clogged and they can't fix it. I have to endure the bad smell in the room for this four night stay. They offer no solution although conpkain has been made on first night stay.

For the money this hotel is fine. Breakfast is good, staff friendly and large clean room. Wifi is good. Pool area on roof is small but pleasant. The bathroom drains were smelly annd the lighting poor. the bed was rather firm. The aircon was very noisy and irregular so disturbed sleep.

Hotel is within 10 mins walking distance from BTS Victory Monument. Take exit 4, walk towards Century Plaza and turn left at Rang Nam Rd. Check-in (and check-out) was quick and efficient. My request for quiet room on high floor (Level 8 - highest) was granted. Room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping maintained the cleanliness during my 3 night stay with daily change of towels. Breakfast buffet spread is good with western and local food choices; hotel website should update 'Continental Breakfast' to 'Buffet Breakfast'. Overall excellent value for the price with its good location and many food options within walking distance. My only grouse is that the bathroom lighting is rather dim.

We absolutely loved our stay. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom was just perfect for my son & me. Breakfast was delicious every morning. All the staff were polite & happy & very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. The location was great too. A short walk to the train station. Lots of places to eat close by.

This hotel is festive and very friendly. I wouldn’t quite call it a four star hotel (as advertised), but a I had a good time and no major issues. Very convenient location.

Ok for a short stay. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. TV not much use and couldn’t play movies from hard drive. Bathroom quite dark decor and low level of lighting. Nice big shower. Water for drinking replaced each day. Only room on balcony for aircon unit. Bed a little too hard.

Room service is good. They’re replacing the sheets and taking out the trash everyday. The only thing really was when we tried to ask if we can extend the receptionist was so snobbish and dismissed our enquiry by saying we cant check out late. It’s not like we’re asking for a free extension we’re asking to extend the stay of course we’re gonna pay but we just gave up, maybe it’s just language barrier I dunno. But that’s a comfy stay nonetheless.

the best in Bangkok

Really lovely hotel. Family room was clean and very spacious with en-suite bathrooms for both rooms. Nice pool. Room service acceptable price, good breakfast.

For central Bangkok it was good for transportation. Close to public transport and good for driving to and from; either self-driving or taxi. I like to drive myself. Staff were helpful. Room was clean. We upgraded to the larger room, which was a good size. Nicely laid-out room.

Room was very large and the bed was a really good size. Everything was clean, and the bathroom had toothbrushes and toiletries for guests. Room service was available although we didn’t use it. The area felt safe and was a 10 minute walk from Phaya Thai BTS for the Airport Link to BKK.
