I would LOVE to stay here again!!! Everything and I mean everything was above our expectations!!!

We had a wonderful time! The staff were very friendly, great view from our hotel. Room was comfortable and there is nothing I can say negative about our experience with our stay! We’d be back! Thank you!

Great view, very natty pillowcases & sheets for a Hyatt

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. We like its location on the river and the bar on one of the upper floors with great views. However, this time we were really disappointed by the cleanliness of our room. There was old soup in the microwave, pair of broken goggles on a chair, handprints all over the windows, pizza sauce (I’m guessing) all over the garbage can, and chips on the floor of the bathroom. If we weren’t so tired, we would have left. This was surprising in that we have never had this, but it will definitely make us think twice about staying there again.

Nice hotel, but bar/restaurant area was a mess. Couldn't sleep well because of kids running the halls.

The Hyatt was good, but there was one thing that was disappointing. On our 2nd day there, the power went out and apparently there was a small fire, requiring us to vacate our room. Apparently this was the 2nd time this occurred within 2 weeks. The fire dept was there and we had to wait outside for almost an hour while the issue was addressed. This is not the fault of the Hyatt, but since we missed much of the breakfast time, it would have been nice if they extended their breakfast time, even a little bit. But, it closed right away at 10:00 (maybe a bit earlier) and employees filled their plates as food was taken away. I expected more customer service from a hotel like the Hyatt!

This was my second time at the Hyatt House. First time wonderful. This time disappointing. Why? TV didn't work and even the hotel phone didn't work. The free breakfast was just average. The 9th floor lounge.....no server and had to go to bar for service. Super high prices

Our daughter lives in the apartment next door so love the convenience.

The facilities were pretty new, the customer service was great. However the cleanliness was not that great. The lobby and elevators were dirty as well as the cleanliness of the bathroom in our room the glass door had very bad water stains like they had not cleaned it in a while. Overall it was comfortable.

There was no blow dryer available in the room. The coffee served on breakfast was not warm.

Very nice and clean hotel, loved the room as well! Wish the pool area was a bit bigger though. Everything else was great, staff was friendly and the cleanliness was great as well!

Our day was amazing. I cannot wait to go again. It did not have a balcony, but I had beautiful views of the river.

This hotel has really gone downhill. I've stayed here so many times since it's opened, however, recently the rates have become heavily discounted. The weekend I stayed during this most recent visit, the hotel had over 200 children and families from various sports teams. They ran through the halls, banged on the doors, and made barking noises at each other. They broke the ice machines and left garbage and food in the hallways. One of them even left to use toothbrush sitting on a table. It was disgusting. The hotel staff were completely overwhelmed. There were also several children's pool parties that were here. The stay was completely loud and noisy and I couldn't sleep. I had to call security to have them go next door and tell a group of teenage boys to keep it down. I don't think I'll be staying here again for a while until the rates come up. The prices are just too cheap and it's been turned into a hellscape. It's really sad. This was a beautiful hotel and the location is wonderful. The staff are kind but I'm not sure what the management is thinking dropping the rate so low that the hotel is turning into a cheap motel. They're literally going to ruin the hotel if they don't raise the rates. In the interim, I'll stay at the Current which is an autograph collection hotel or the Hotel Blackhawk. As a business traveler, I'm looking for something quiet and clean. This used to be my go-to hotel, but I don't think I'll be staying here anymore

I loved everything about it! Beautiful inside and out and the beds were extremely comfy!

Greatly enjoyed the location and amenities offered including the free hot breakfast and other dining options . Staff was also very informative and receptive. Only negative was the cleanliness of the room . The last time I stayed here , there were nothing but mainly dirty dishes with food residue still on them placed back inside the cabinets . This time , one of the pillow cases on the bed was filthy! It just makes me wonder what else was missed ! I think housekeeping can do a much better job and pay better attention to detail .

The hotel was super clean and nice. Staff was wonderful. The bar and snack area at the 9th floor has the best view of the Mississippi River and the best view in the Quad Cities in my opinion.
