This is by far the worst experience i had in the phillipines, not accommodating at all, if your a foreigner i would advise taking your money elsewhere.

I reserved a room with 2 beds for my Fiance and her sister but when they got there they put them in a room with one bed. When she asked the staff they said they ran out of 2 beds but we could pay additional money to upgrade the room to a 2 bed if we wanted. Their way of fixing their mistake was to give my Fiance and her sister an extra blanket and pillow. If you're bookings this hotel because its close to the medical clinic and embasy dont. There are other cheaper options that are just a close.

Booked this hotel for my fiance, needed a place to stay.
They were very accommodating, helping her arrange transportation to the embassy, and also providing a shuttle back to the airport. My fiance says the breakfast was good.

We stayed for 1 x night and were due to travel to Manila International airport the following morning. Tropical storm "Carina" made transport in and around Manila very difficult. No offer or assistance from hotel staff. Several other guests checking out blocked reception area. By sheer luck we persuaded a private taxi to take ourselves and other guests to the airport.

Close to city center, shopping and attractions.
Room was clean and staff was service minded, although sometimes they were not attentive enough when asking for service and making requests. Disadvantage in the room was very bad sound isolation from outside traffic and room only had a single charging outlet for additional thing like recharging device. Breakfast was very limited and was mostly fatty food and not much light bread and cereal alternatives. The gym had only 2 machines so not well suited for all round exercises.

It is central to all needed. Close enough to Airport. Not expensive, mall close 4 min walk, Ex pat bar across the road, Money changers with good rates. The rooms are quiet. Good menu. Close enough to bus station. Great over night, couple of days place.

This was a fantastic find in a very convenient part of Manila for our purposes. The US embassy is a short walk away, as well as shopping and dining options. The room we had booked was a bit small but very clean and comfortable. The staff made it a real 5 star experience. The front desk staff, room service and doormen/security were so friendly, helpful and professional. The food was also delicious and it was nice having a decent restaurant on site with really reasonable rates. I can hardly believe how reasonably priced the rooms were. Will definitely stay here again, it’s quite a gem.

The room was clean and well-maintained. The shower had a weaker hot water supply. It was inconvenient.

During our second stay at the hotel, we experienced significant differences compared to our first visit.
We had difficulty sleeping due to the loud noise outside and the constant sound of vehicles throughout the night.
The sheets were itchy, and we ended up with bug bites. When we asked the staff to change the sheets, they made us feel uncomfortable by their response. However, we do appreciate the quality of the food and the hotel's location.

The Hotel staff itself is very good. Very accommodating and courteous. The breakfast buffet is the big bonus every morning. We loved our stay there and will definitely come back again soon.
