A warm welcome back. Rooms are all decent and I appreciate the pool area which is nice and sunny.
Food is sadly mediocre but in Bangkok there are plenty of options.

the room looked just as it did in the photos, always a good start.
The breakfasts were a little strange, was sold as an "American" Breakfast, but was more like having your lunch!
there was Pasta and sauces, two types of rive and various asian mains.... Dont get me wrong, it all tasted really good, and nothing beats fried rice and chicken wings for me, or some sweet n sour chcken in the morning to set you up, but expected Grits and bacon.
There is a list of Special egg like fried, poached etc... i think this may be the "American" experiance, and that too was awesome, ...the omelette i asked for was delicious.
The staff all spoke very passable English and all were very helpful.
The roof pool is only 1.2m deep, so nice to lounge around, not as big as photos shoe, but big enough for 8-12 people to relax in.
The Hotel is only 100m from Nana BTS so easy to get around the whole of BBK, and a 7-11 if you want to stock your room fridge with a few beers and snacks.
I managed to get a "Premier king suite" for the price i was gonna pay for a standard double in another hotel.

Nice quiet hotel close to BTS, Terminal 21, bars, MRT etc. Friendly staff and a pleasant (but small) rooftop bar and pool with reasonable prices. Rooms were comfortable and modern.

I would absolutely recommend this to any one - short or long term stay. Next to a busy Nana BTS station but still the hotel is very quiet! Very easy to move around the city from the hotel. Staff is really friendly and helpful! All in all, I’m very pleased that I chose this hotel.

Very nice hotel! Calm area with not noise from the streets. Everything new and modern. Big nice rooms. Only one thing wasn’t satisfying and that’s the TV, could not find any channels and Netflix not working. Should upgrade the entertainment.

Have stayed at The Key in Soi 7 several times before. This time the hotel delivered 100% as always. Location is perfect, just a very short walk from Nana BTS station, and also near by a lot of options. Rooms (and the hotel) still looks brand new a clean. Everything comfortable. Good breakfast every morning. A nice pool and bar/restaurant on the top floor. Everywhere I am meted with perfect service and a smile. I can highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

The hotel itself was rather good. Yet the room size might be an issue. Also the streets around the hotel are all one-way which makes taxi rides rather complicated. The staff was very friendly and open to support.

Staff are lovely and helpful. Simple check in. Room was great. Clean, tidy and nice and cool. Pool bar is small but perfect for a little afternoon siesta. Round the corner from Soi 11 where the night life is (if that’s your kind of night life) I recommend going to The rooftop bar Above 11 at Fraser Suites if you want something more upmarket and a short walk from the hotel.

All the staff here was very friendly, and the location is close to the BTS train and lots of food and shopping. Rooms were clean and pretty quiet, and the pool was a nice escape from the December heat. We tried to order room service one night and nobody answered the phone.
Like most hotels in Bangkok’s Sukhumvit area, it’s also just steps away from numerous adult offerings. If traveling with children, be prepared to talk with them about sex and drugs, as you will encounter them every time you come and go from the hotel.

One of my favorite Bangkok hotels. Quietly nestled away from busy streets but you can still walk to BTS, restaurants and shopping.

Based on the reviews, I thought it was a big hotel. It’s not. But it is a really comfortable hotel in a rare quiet area of sukhumvit. Beds and pillows are comfortable. AC is very cold and water is very hot. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. They were awesome! My only complaint was that the drain was a little bit slow in the shower and sink. Rooftop bar was very nice

Pool area much smaller in reality than in photos. Insufficient sunbeds which were uncomfortable and too close to other people. There were long black hairs on the bathroom floor from previous occupants. Staff were indifferent to the guests and spent a lot of time looking at their phones. On the positive side the bed was very comfortable and the hotel generally quiet.

We stayed here on two separate occasions while in Bangkok. The staff were so attentive and check in was so easy after a long travel day. We chose the breakfast option and was not disappointed. They provided a breakfast box for us prior to our 4:30 a.m. shuttle to the airport. The location is close to Terminal 21 and the BTS.
