Room was clean and comfortable enough. The air conditioning is only in the living room so the bedroom was hot. The front desk staff were not very friendly upon checkout and seemed like they didn’t want to be there.

Despite leaving the 'make up my room' sign on the door handle every day - they did not attend to our room the entire 5 days of our stay. Every night we'd get back to our room and have to call downstairs to request that our rubbish be removed, or ask for more toilet paper or fresh towels etc... we spoke with the front desk every day to request our room be serviced - they still neglected to carry this out. They told us that we must have left the do not disturb on the handle - but we definitely had the correct sign and we even spoke to one the room service employees who was on our floor with the cart as we were leaving and asked that our room be serviced. We would not stay here again.
A few things about the apartment - loose sink tap wear, broken cupboard mirror hinge.
Apartment is also definitely smaller than what the photos online make it to look like.

Smaller than I thought it was going to be. We had a 2br 2bathroom apartment but there was only room for 2 people to sit in the lounge to watch tv.. have stayed in other peppers hotel and the apartments were much bigger .

The only positive is the location.
The beds were so uncomfortable and tiny, the whole family rotated from the floor to the couch.
Room wasn’t clean, dishes in cupboard were filthy. Beds made and towels replaced daily- that’s it.
Lounge area was tiny, couldn’t even for our family in it .
Won’t be returning.

Close to the Melbourne Convention Centre and South Bank area . Breakfast were awesome and the Staff were really friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Very close to excellent with a few minor irritations but overall very goog. Great service, well maintained, excellent location near MCEC, CBD, Sou GG hbank. Tram, food & groceries. Shower cubicle grout mould and no easily accessible power points near table ,no desk meant stringing power cable from laundry alcove or across main access for laptop only irritations.

I liked the location, i wasnt a fan of the dark ambience in the hotel, just made the property look dull and cold.
The apartment was great, had everything you need for your stay.

Comfortable & clean. Staff, other than Franco, were not knowledgable about the hotel systems or the local area. Every question we had, eg. We booked 2 bathroom but only got 1, which way to the MCG, washing machine is broken, are we able to have a late checkout? Were either answered incorrectly or not communicated to other staff, so not followed up. Franco was correcting others mistakes and providing excellent, knowledgable service. He must despair of his colleagues, and deserves to be paid more them them.

The staff were lovely but otherwise it is a disappointing hotel. The garbage Shute smell is very strong and unpleasant, it seeps into the room. The cleanliness is way off for a new hotel. Location was our big win. The property is priced to encourage a high expectation.

Only thing i didnt like was how hard it was to find the entrance when trying to check in and it was weirdly dark inside the building. Everything else was excellent, quick and easy checkin and checkout, friendly staff and very nice rooms.

The whole hotel was sooo dark and scary in a away, very hard to feel comfortable. Very limited dining and was not informed of limited valet positions

Nice hotel, stayed in 2 bedroom apartment, 9th floor. Small but has everything. Noisy vents and water running down pipes from floors above at night made it difficult to get a good sleep though. Need more hangers too.

Property was clean, plenty of fresh towels, easy checkin and I enjoyed my stay.. only gripe is if you get a room one level 1 like I did you’re not going to get much sleep, traffic outside is super loud!

Good location, clean and excellent customer services. The mattress is a bit too soft and uncomfortable for two adult; also the doors have no springs to soften the slams, can be a bit disturbing if neighbor guests get in and out all the time and let the door slam.

We moved to this property after leaving another property which was (in my opinion) less than average. This place was amazing. Clean, comfortable, great amenities, the staff are so lovely and helpful. We couldn’t have been happier and were so glad we made the switch.

Easy walking distance to CBD for guests on foot. Engaging staff with good people skills. A little noise being on a busy intersection but certainly not intrusive in any way.
