There were people stomping above our room and all sorts of unsavory characters

First of all my room I was given, when I walked in it was aready accupied by another guest. Good thing they were not in the room. I was given another room. The room had a strange smell, im chaulking it up to a disinfectant. The outside was well lit, and was clean. Overall my impression I can only give it a 5 out of 10.

Its been great since we been there

We had 3 guest. Had 2 towels. Asked for extra towels to shower. Was told no. They only let you have towels between 1-3. Will not be staying there again.

My daughter was refused a room after reserved online. Policy said over 18 could check in. She was 10 days from turning 20 and at 1030pm, after traveling all day to get back to college, they turned her away. Jerk move. When called on policy, they stated they just chamged it to 21 check in. would not honor the reservation. Left us scrambling to find her a place to sleep that wasnt in her car. Desk person was absolutely rude to her.

Handicap shower as advertised. Better than some apartments i have rented. I wish I could of stayed longer

We got to the hotel at 3pm and there was nobody at the front desk so we tried to call the extension that was on the phone, no response, we tried calling the hotel number, no response as well. We waited for two hours and there was still no sign of any workers. There was a lady who was staying at the hotel that tried to help us by seeing if the worker was in her room and if their car was there and it wasn’t. We had to book another hotel because we were there for a concert and it was 5pm so we had to start getting ready soon. This is the worst experience that I’ve ever had with a hotel and I will never book here again.

Had to check out 4 days early and sleep in car due to ppl above literally playing drums on floor non stop until 3a and I worked at 5am. Went to front desk several times and they wouldn’t do anything

I showed up at midnight and they said they were overbooked an I couldn’t get a room even though I had made a reservation.

They didn’t have the room i booked so I didn’t stay and I got charged I need my money back!! I wasn’t notified they cancelled my booking until I got there it’s ridiculous!

Room was not clean

Not one staff person available to check in, it was 11pm. House phone went busy waited thirty minutes and gave up, will never return.

My room qas filthy dirty and nasty i couldn't believe whst I saw i had yo go out and buy sanitizer and bleach for the room i stayed in this room gets very low rating your cleaning staff needs to get it together

I booked a night while I was in military orders for there to be bugs in the room bed bugs , and roaches in the bathroom , I will not be staying again I tried to find someone to let know about my issues and no one was around .

Wouldn’t recommend. The whole placed smelled weird like cigarettes and weird food. Went to the front desk at one point and there was no employee to be found for hours. When they were there, they were very polite so that was the positive of my review. My sheets had holes and the furniture was dirty and so old it’s was cracked all over the place. The floor was also sticky. In the room. The hallways and elevators were disgusting.

When I arrived at the hotel , no one was at the front desk. No one answered my phone calls and no one answered the help line. I was waiting for over an hour until some employee ( not a front desk employee) happened to show up. He had to ask for help via phone , to finally check me in. I would not recommend this hotel and definitely not stay again , even though I have business to attend in the area, at least 10 times per year.

This felt like a combination of hotel and an apartment stay. I expected a standard hotel however when arrived at 3pm ut was a pleasant surprise (booked on line). I asked about a maid service and she said they don't have it. Everyone seemed friendly enough however it was an odd experiencing since I didn't realize this was there business model OR the manager was saving cost. We were spending much time at the hotel so we didn't care much since it was cheap per night however I think we could have had full service. If you just need a cheap place to crash this would be OK. The TV was small, the was a smoky smell all the time however the WIFI was great, the hotel was set up so that we had a 2 burner cooktop, and full refrigerator,/freezer.

They didn’t have reservation. They said Expedia screwed up and we need to call you to get our money back

Worst hotel we've ever stayed in. Dirty, bugs... you name it, they had it.

Hallways smell like dog and my room was infested with roaches. We immediately left and asked for a refund when we saw the condition of the room. I have not received my refund.

It was like clean clothes on a dirty body. Putting on perfume after a workout.

0/5 starts for me! Do not stay here! When I first booked this hotel it said there was a pool and breakfast. Upon arrival i found out that they did not have a pool and there was no breakfast. Now that I’m back in to write this review it seems as if they updated it to reflect that however at the time of booking it said pool and breakfast. Now, those are minimal complaints which I was okay with. Check in wasn’t until 3 and we had a wedding at 3 so during cocktail hour I went to the hotel to check in. When I got to the front desk, I noticed an odd odor that I couldn’t put my finger on. I checked in and went back to the wedding but man do I wish I would of checked the room before I went back the wedding. When we returned around 10pm, the parking lot was packed. Lots of traveling workers and they were tailgating, blaming music and drinking. You could smell weed through the parking lot and as you enter the building. We got our stuff and our 4 kids and headed inside to give it a try. Upon entering, you could tell that this was not exactly a hotel but more of a crackhouse. I wish I could say I’m overacting but I’m not. It’s extremely sketchy. When we got to our room, it had an Uninviting, uncomfortable feeling and the floors were very sticky. The room was more beat up and looked barley like the pictures posted on here. We immediately turned around and left. It’s far from family friendly and quite frankly, should be shut down.

Waited 30 plus minutes to check in and had to leave before we could get checked in because of schedule. Came back later that night, and hotel was overbooked and seemed quite sketchy. Finally got a room after another 45 minute wait.

There were many holes in the walls of our room and the floor was super sticky. The hallways reeked of marijuana, were super loud, and teenagers yelling and screaming through the hallways and parking lot. About 10:30 at night multiple police showed up due to partying and people hiding in rooms.

Honestly can’t really complain about nothing . Everything is clean when you get here. I usually wipe the whole room down before I even unpack at the place I’m staying and I was impressed with them in this location cause there was not one mark on my wipes. Been staying here a month and not one issue

You must treat the hotel for bedbugs before you rent to anyone else again. It was no pets but the pets were in every corner. Someone used the front door for bathroom purposes.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The whole hotel smells like smoke and weed. Our room was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned the last 5-6 guest stays. There was hair and stains in the bed. The bathroom was disgusting. Everything in the room was damaged including the curtains that were half ripped down. Nothing looks like the pictures. We couldn't even stay overnight the smell was so bad and we didn't want to touch anything for fear of getting bed bugs. We stayed in our room for about 5 minutes and walked out to find a new hotel. Go anywhere else.

There is nothing to like at this property - I mean really! Check-In was smooth, but upon entering my room I found the wood blinds on the only window badly manhandled and damaged. Looked like a teenage kid had a temper tantrum and took it all out on the blinds. The air inside was cold, and when I turned on the heater, all it did was throw out musty air. The hallway outside one could hear people talking and moving around at around 2:45AM - very shabby type of an environment! The shower didn’t want to let go of any water and barely had a sprinkle. The room smelled of pet-odor. I hardly got any sleep all-night and got up groggy. This property is absolutely no good even if your stop is for a good night’s sleep (mine was a stop during a road-trip).

Clean, friendly staff, and everything works. Had full fridge, microwave, and 2 burner- but no coffee maker! Could hear people walking above during night.
