Staff were great and very helpful. Location is great. Been to couple hotels in Manila I'd say this has been the easiest access main road is next to it...For the cost,convenience and simplicity I'd stay there again..Aloha!

it was nice and simple!

Toilet not clean, there is a bad smell, floor and wall dirty, decided to buy a cleaning liquid to clean by myself the sink and the toilet bowl. The person in cleaning department accidentally checking and opened our room at 0100 am, whict we were in bed sleeping, suddenly woke up and looked at it who did opened our door, and my husband and I didn’t sleep much as we worried about it.. The following night, the next room they were making a lot of noise till 0300, banging their door all the time, talking really loud. We ending up to checking out in 1 week time instead of staying there in the hotel for 2 weeks. So we have to find another hotel to stay for 1 week more in Manila, as we didn’t sleep much for last 2 nights in the hotel.

Too many COCKROACHES and the staff are stand-offish. Strange people sitting where security is supposed to be at night and some nights security not in their position at the front of the building.

Very comfortable esp for family trip which required family room wt living room

Not the best stay. Property is old and roaches were seen. It’s across a very busy street so you’ll hear a lot of noises. Staff were friendly though.

The staff and manager for the Mannra is very good.

Booked a room for my family and they liked the place esp. the staff, very accommodating and friendly.

Location was great & staff were very friendly & helpful. Bathroom tile was squirting water near the toilet bowl when you step on the tile. There were some insects in the bathroom.

Overall, my stay at the Mannra was a good one. A few small issues were addressed by the staff quickly and politely. The front desk manager was personable and accommodating. If I return to Manila, I would stay at the Mannra again.

Nice experience with friends . Nice friendly staff. Big and nice room. My 4th time staying in this hotel and got the same room.

Location

The room was situated near a major highway. It was noisy and also the air conditioner was loud. There was 2 instances that we had to kill cockroaches. Cockroaches were found in the refrigerator when we opened it.

the staff are wonderful especially the man who checked me out he was fast and kind, god bless him

The rooms as expected is so big, but cant sleep at night because of creepy noise coming from inside the walls, it feels like rats or some insect scratching the walls, im not sure.. the hotel management should inspect that.

Overall, our stay was a pleasant one. The room was very spacious. The beds were comfortable .The free Internet service was very good. The hotel was conveniently close to the places that we wanted to visit including restaurants and malls.

Pros: Good location and accessible to necessities and transportation. Cons: There were cockroaches in the room and the water from the shower spread in the whole bathroom because it was not done appropriately.

It was my 3rd stay here at Mannra hotel and same polite people and very helpful.

I selected the hotel because it had an available room with two private bedrooms. Besides it was reasonably priced and a few blocks of walking distance to Manila Bay for a baywalk experience. It is an old building with an old style combined shower-toilet facility that lets shower water drip on the toilet. The staff were excellent but the restaurant service was slow. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

By LRT station and centralized so convenient for visiting Manila.

Rooms needed more space, nothing to do but sleep, no mini bar or fridge even. Staff were very nice though.

My second time staying here. Really nice reception staff. Very friendly. Excellent Wifi. Good amenities. Close enough to Malate, but not close, so as to escape the noise. It gives a real good value for your money. I highly recommend.
