Very nice place

I book this hotel for my parents when they come to town. If my dad is content, then you score well. Mom goes with the flow. Being familiar with Hampton Inn, I knew my expectations would be met. This hotel is the reason I chose the same chain for my trip to New Orleans. I was utterly disappointed with the Hampton in New orleans though. Definitely a 6 to7 out of 10. But this location...superb. The customer service was excellent, the pool was exciting for the 3 year-old, the location convenient to the Waffle House and Walmart, my parents favorite places! Lol...they will stay here again for sure!

Staff are really silent about following protocol

This Hampton Inn is our go to every year on our way back from Florida. The last two stays i was getting worried because the elevators had started to smell like dirty laundry/carpet. This visit the smell was gone and the hotel was clean and smelled fresh again. The desk clerks were amazing and friendly. We love staying hear each year!!

Don’t know why everyone is so impressed with this hotel. It’s average but clean (not the carpet in the room though). The bathroom is large but water pressure bad. Staff is friendly but the worst part is the constant noise from the freeway and especially between rooms. If you stay towards the weekend people will be stomping and screaming half the night. The dark roast coffee at breakfast was absolutely fantastic though.

I had 3 different rooms, small group. My stay was 9 days. My first room, a King, on the second floor was awesome as far as comfort, cleanliness, only one issue, the bathroom barn door was almost impossible to move, needs fixed, I let the front desk know. The second room, a double queen on the 7th floor, comfortable enough, but the ac was apparently broken, very noisy, but when I told the front desk they gave us another room. The second double queen on the 6th floor, was fine, but the beds were awful, very lumpy, definitely ready for replacement. It also had an ac issue, very, very humid in the room, everything felt damp. I did not inform the front desk. Stay was generally comfortable and just what we needed. One night the power went out almost all night, no ac so got a bit stuffy, and a high pitched alarm beeped all night so we did not get much sleep that night. No word from the front desk at all as to what happened, and it appears it was ONLY the hotel, not the surrounding area that was out.

Clean rooms

Stayed here when I was in town for a concert and loved this hotel. The bathroom was huge; room was very clean and in excellent condition; great breakfast, too. A little off the beaten path but an easy drive to downtown or East Nashville. Will definitely consider this hotel for future Nashville trips

We stayed for 1 night. Everything was very clean and staff was always courteous. There was a shuttle service available to the downtown area which made our plans very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay! This hotel has it all, nice comfortable rooms, scrumptious breakfast ev charging and a nice restaurant right on site. The one thing that I liked the most was the shower. Water was always HOT and the water pressure was high in a large shower area.

Very close to downtown Nashville, comfortable beds, clean property, free breakfast & friendly staff. Definitely recommend!

The hotel seemed very new, extremely good condition, very clean. Breakfast very good. Great value for the money. Biggest disappointment was that the Expedia description stated that the hotel offered free rollaway beds, which we had planned to take advantage of to let our two teens have their own sleeping space. This amenity was the deciding factor for me in booking the hotel, but at check-in they said rollaway beds were only available for certain rooms, not including the type we’d booked.

Diego at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The only thing I would mention is that the deadbolt on the room door didn’t work.

Just have to watch out for the homeless near the nice hotel. They seem to handle them good enough though. Unfortunate situation anywhere

This is a great hotel! We loved the area it’s in. The best part was the complimentary shuttle that dropped us off close to Broadway downtown. Our driver William was awesome and very organized. The breakfast was delicious with great choices hot and cold. We would definitely recommend this hotel. It is about 20 min from downtown. Parking is great. They also have Tesla superchargers in the parking lot.

I wish that I could say that this was a random situation, but we learned that this same thing happened two months ago two consecutive nights in a row. Staff was very willing to help us clean up our rental car, but anyone with a family should consider staying in a hotel with better security.

This is my second time residing at this hotel and each time, the experience has been awesome. I recommend this hotel, especially for family trips.

This hotel is very close to TriStar Skyline Medical Center and is a good choice for family of hospital patients.

Stay was fine but staff needed to be educated that Cash is still legal tender in America and I have every right to use it wherever I go. If you dislike taking it you best put that on your website so I can find a different hotel.

Nice clean hotel in good location for easy access on and off the highway.

Went to Nashville for a wedding. This property was in the ideal location for us. That was purely luck. Room and staff extremely nice. Included breakfast which was great too!
