Amazing Hotel located about a 15 mins walk from the train station. Staff was amazing they gave us a lot of information about the city upon arrival. Rooms were the largest we stayed in on our 2 week trip in Italy. Highly recommend staying here, if we are ever in Naples again we will only be staying here.

The room was amazing. It was modern and tastefully updated. Gianluca was great. One of our bags didn't make the flight and he helped us get it back. Angie was delightful with lots of breakfast items.

Gisella was an amazing host! Beautiful hotel rooms in a historic building. Above and beyond our expectations in comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality. True slice of luxury in the heart of Naples' historic center.

I had an amazing stay at Amadomus Luxury Suites! The hotel is a small boutique property located on the fifth floor of a grand structure in a good location within Napoli.
Gisella, who was working at the front desk was particularly brilliant with her service and welcome at the hotel. She was extremely friendly, attentive, professional and really stood out from a customer service perspective.
I also had the pleasure to meet Gianluca the owner who was also very helpful and went out of his way to accommodate and shared information on the city.
The hotel is also close to some of the special historic streets of Napoli including via dei tribunali which is definitely worth visiting along with many others.
The metro station is easy to use and also just outside the hotel which allows easy transport to other sides of the city worth exploring - one to name being Chiaia.
The room was very impressive. High quality furniture and very clean. The cleaners and staff at the hotel have done a remarkable job to keep the rooms clean and tidy.
I would highly recommend this hotel on a visit to Napoli!

The Hotel was clean great location very helpful staff. Gianluca Amato at front desk was a wonderful host who made great suggestions for dinning and gave perfect directions along with making us feel at home and cared for. The breakfast was great and the air conditioning excellent which was necessary in the 97 degree heat outside. Definitely recommend this place!!

We had high expectations after reading all the excellent reviews of this bed&breakfast.
We were travelling with a toddler and a baby stroller. On the evening of our arrival, the elevator broke up and was not fixed during our stay. The rooms are located on the fifth floor of a historical building, meaning a looot of stairs to climb. The answer we got when complaining about this was that there is nothing to do, leaving us to pay full price for a ”luxury” room and sweating in the evenings after having a dinner, carrying our baby and the stroller.
We cannot recommend this accommodation if you are not in a good shape or are travelling with kids. There were warnings in the elevator about getting stuck in it so it seems it was not the first time.
The room and the balcony were the best part of our stay. And we got some friendly service. The breakfast did not meet our expectations. Being able to stay in a beautiful old building like this is a unique experience but selling it as ”luxury rooms” without a working elevator is not fair.

It’s a bit tricky to get to the hotel since it’s inside another another building, but once you get in it’s ok since it’s a very small hotel but the room was wonderful, I rented a suite and I s perfect for relaxing. , it had a beautiful view and a very big bathroom with a very big tub and aver Nice shower, the bed was very comfortable and breakfast was very complete,

The hotel is located tight across the metro station tha t is very convenient. Staff was vey attentive and gave us a lot of good tips to move around the city. The room was clean, well decorated, and confortable.

Great location in Naples, right next to the Metro. Interesting building - the hotel is on the upper floors so the entrance isn't obvious if you're not paying attention. Good base for walking around Naples. I would return.

Very nice hotel located just next to the metro. Walking distance to all the attractions. The lady at the reception was kind enough to give us advises for the pizza place and I had the best pizza of my life.

An amazing stay, this place is beautiful. The room was modern, clean, elegant, and luxurious. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the amenities you could want. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and helped us plan our stay in Naples. Excellent location as everything is in a short walk away and close to excellent tourist destinations! 11/10 stay!

My husband and I loved our stay here! The staff members were so friendly and nice. They were communicative and gave you all the information you need in advance for how to get to the hotel. They even welcomed us with welcome drinks and pastries after we checked in. They also have complimentary breakfast which is a nice touch as you start your day with an espresso and whatever breakfast food you crave. Highly recommend!

this is a unique boutique hotel conveniently located in the heart of downtown Naples. The four buildings location is around a 'roundabout'. The entry is unique for sure - buzz in and take an elevator built for two to the 5th floor then down several steps which the manager of the hotel did for us. What lies inside is nothing short of beautiful! Very modern and well decorated and with high end electronics for all the lights and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the city. We received a warm welcome from the manager (Isabella, think she said) and she gave us a wonderful indepth review of the city map with recommendations for our evening in Naples. She then brought a welcome drink and pastries to our room! The next morning the included breakfast was simply delicious and hearty. And, they called us a taxi with a set rate for the hotel. A wonderful stay - do no hesitate to book this hotel.

One of the best stays we have had ever. Hotel is discrete but easy to find, staff was very pleasant, helpful and kid friendly, our room was clean, spacious and had beautiful views from the balconies, breakfast was fresh and delicious! We would go back in a heart beat!

This is an excellent boutique hotel. The hotel staff was wonderful, very friendly and made some great recommendations for food and transportation. Their breakfast each morning is amazing! The room was clean, very quiet and we felt very safe as you had to swipe your key multiple times between the main entrance of the building to the lobby on the 5th floor. I would definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel to anyone!!

The Amadomus Luxury Suites was a very pleasant surprise! I never had such a beautiful bathroom in my life! It is nothing short of amazing! Out hosts Gisella and Gianluca were wonderful! Breakfast was amazing! Our hosts directed us to the best places Naples can offer, including Pompei. And the best you can buy excellent Barolo for 25 euro :) On our trip we visited Positano, Amalfi, Capri, Ravello, but Naples stop was unique and unforgettable!

The Amadomus staff took great care of us. They, especially Giselle, communicated with us prior, during, and after the visit, wanting to make sure our needs were met. Gianluca received us when we arrived and he was meticulous in how he explained the amenities and where to visit during our stay. The lady who made and served breakfast was very friendly too, always eager to get you a cappuccino or a glass of cold water. I would say they went above and beyond. Our experience outside of Amadomus was not that pleasant (especially with taxi drivers and some restaurants where service was not polite at all, in fact we were taken advantage of). Returning to Amadomus always felt like going back to home and family.

This is a small hotel centrally located in the historic center, close to Metro and lots of restaurants. Our room was lovely. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Gisella IS a gem - she helped so much before we got here and once we were here was delightful. I had requested a gluten free breakfast and it was over the top! Would definitely recommend.

Amazing place, great location and well appointed rooms. The only thing stopping a 5 star review was the numerous and continuous requests to provide a check in time prior to arrival which was difficult for us because we were very much traffic dependent on a long journey by road.

What makes this property especially desirable is the over-the-top service provided by the front office manager, Gisella. Gisella, a Naples native, provided us outstanding support and recommendations throughout our stay, booking reservations and providing inside tips on this colorful and robust historic city.

Our stay was amazing. Gisela went over and beyond to accommodate our dietary issues and helping with luggage etc. Great location near a market, fabric stores, pizza and metro. What more could you.
