Everything was nice and clean just like I like it. However, the pool was closed and that was one of the reasons I chose Montgomery instead of Wetumpka so that was disappointing. The reason I didnt give 5stars for the comfort is because I've stayed at 4 star hotels before and they had comfy plush beds, pillows, and towels. Windcreek Montgomery did NOT. BBKings was amazing as always. Drinks and food delicious. Security kept me safe till my partner arrived (i really appreciated that). Staff was hilarious and kind. I'll be back to check out that pool.

Property is nice. The doors to the rooms were extremely worn. The shower was holding water due to a clogged drain, I'd assume. The gift bag was a nice touch. Valet was slow to return car despite being tipped.

The hotel was advertised as having a pool. After we checked in, we were advised the pool was closed for construction. No where on the website is this mentioned which falsely advertised amenities at the property. Also, the hotel itself is under construction which is also not advertised. The entrance to the casino is dated and dingy (it’s smelly with gum spots on the pavement).

Everything was very expensive for what it was. The room was clean but not in the best of shape. The people were all very nice. BB King was disappointing. Not as good as the one in Memphis. The food at Itta Bena was very expensive and just okay. For what we paid for everything, I expected more.

Room was very clean, no soap in rooms unless you ask for it.

Once again, I felt that the front desk staff was not friendly. We asked for a room close to the elevator, but the front desk clerk insisted that I had reserved a handicapped room (I didn't) and that they didn't have anything close. There was no soap, and you have to request it. The toilet was making a loud noise and when we asked to be moved to another room they instead sent maintenance to repair the tank while we were still in the room. Apparently the hotel is undergoing renovation and the noise was terrible during sleeping hours.

Hotel and room relatively clean.staff very helpful and polite. Celebrated my wife’s 77 th birthday. She was pleased snd enjoyed BB Kings restaurant and again staff there also so accommodating. Loved their drinks. The only thing nothing else around in area. We would go again.

It was dusty.wallpaper peeling, stains on carpet, stains on box cover.

The first room we got had a totally worned out bed/madress so we asked for a room change and was met by a really offensive and aggressive attitude by Kamia. I have stayed in 200+ hotels around the world and never experienced anything quite like this - beyond unproffessional behaviour. Got a new room but beds were the same worned out state and furniture really used. Halls and room were in need of a good clean. Oh and the swimming pool we booked it for…will not be open this summer. They just forgot to mention that on their web page. Great stay all in all (not)…

Check in was very quick and seemless..

Overall stay was very nice. Singer in BB King was outstanding! Only critique is the cigarette smoke that drifted into the casino area.

Walking into the casino/hotel was fine but the girl working the front check in should find a different job. I stood there and she never said a word I finally said I'm trying to check in. She rolled her eyes and asked for my licenses and credit card, never even asked for my name. Thankfully I got a room but once I got into the room it was full of cigar smoke. So i had to go back down and and explain to ms personality about the smoke. She advised me that there wasn't any other rooms available like I paid for so I asked for an upgrade which I told her I would be happy to pay for but I was told none was available so I told her to down grade me to whatever room was available because I was just there on business and could careless about anything but taking a shower and going to bed because I had to leave 1st thing in the morning. I got a room that wasnt exactly clean but it didnt smell like smoke and I just wanted to go to sleep. But the room service was great
