The toom was filthy; blood on the bathroom floor and toilet, dirty tissues on the bathroom countertop, didn’t look as though it had been vacuumed in a while and the chair in the corner looked like it was attacked by cats.
When I first entered the room, it was 52 degrees and the window was wide open (first floor, so just open to the outside world) and it smelled like cigarettes since someone was smoking right outside of it. They gave me a new room which was cleaner. However, noise was an issue all night and I woke several times to other guests slamming their doors and yelling. Would not recommend this place.

Hotel is located in an excellent spot. The courtyard across the street offered restaurants and shops. Parking was no issue due to the garage next to the building. Rooms were far beyond what we expected. Walking into the hotel the hostess was inviting and excellent at checking us in and making us feel welcome. Getting to our room and walking in was shocking at how nice the room was. My wife and I were just getting away for a weekend away from Denver and really enjoyed the smaller town feel and hospitality we experienced. We will be staying again

During our second stay, we enjoyed the friendly staff, especially Jeannie, Tammy & Amber were very pleasant and sweet. Busy days with medical appointments & family fellowship. It was a welcomed despite af the end of our long weeks. Quiet & comfy.

Comfy place. The staff were incredible-super friendly and helpful! The room was nice and very clean with exception of shower pan. Nothing a quick rinse didn’t take care of. The toilet is very low to the ground which we found strange. Would definitely book again!

I stayed here two times previously. This time was a big letdown. Breakfast all three mornings was never ready on time. Was only given towels and no washcloths or hand towels on cleaning day.

We had a great stay at TownePlace Suites. We booked a studio with two queen beds. The room was big and had a small kitchen. However, the room service didn’t meet our expectations. We ran out of coffee and creamers, and they were not refilled.
Special shout-out to Sebastian at the front desk. Outstanding customer service. Keep up the great work, Sebastian. You are rocking the front desk service.

The location was a very pleasant surprise right in downtown Loveland within walking distance of many restaurants. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We would stay there again and we did recommend it to our family.

Short drive to the lake areas. Only negative Bring ear plugs. Train blows horn a lot at 4am and some traffic noise. we were on 4th floor.

Very nice spacious room with comfortable beds. Each room had a small kitchenette. Modern decor. The lobby, lounge area was very nice with fireplace and patio outside with a very large firepit. Nice atmosphere to spend time with family. I would stay here again.

Everyone here were so friendly and helpful. We liked swimming and breakfasts at the hotel and it's closeness to hiking, golfing and shopping. The highlight of our trip was visiting our daughter and granddaughter!!
