We had a lovely 1-night stay at the hotel. Lovely room with large bathroom (lovely toiletries)! Great central location - no parking which can be a bit tricky but we managed to find a space about 7-8 minutes walk away. The check-in staff were so lovely when we arrived 2.5 hours later than planned (due to delayed flight) - they checked us in quickly and sorted out a table for us at the restaurant (even though it was 10pm). The food at both dinner and breakfast was lovely and the restaurant//bar staff were really friendly.

Lovely, small hotel with a cosy, welcoming interior. Impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Excellent, central location, and very friendly, helpful staff. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I returned to Valencia.

A great hotel in the centre of town. The architecture of the building, the finishes and standards in the room were good, the bedding was especially comfortable . Reception staff were always welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the dining experience was very poor as the facility was so busy with non residents that we couldn’t even get the staff to give us menus to view! So couldn’t eat in the dining room , very off putting.

We loved Hotel Berger! Its a beautiful hotel where everything is done to perfection. We had a corner room with lots of light and two balconies. Lovely views, wonderful staff and the food and beverages were top notch.

We were delighted to discover this gem following a disappointing experience at another place in Valencia, Singular Stays. The hotel is fantastic, beginning with a warm, personal, and familial welcome, and continuing with its lovely, modern rooms. While the rooms are somewhat small, their ambiance and cleanliness more than compensate for this. The rooms are well-equipped, including a hair straightener (which my wife greatly appreciated). Everything has been recently renovated and is very clean. The breakfast might be compact, but it features high-quality products. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning when we visit Valencia again.

We loved this hotel! Staff was wonderful, breakfast was delicious, walking distance to many attractions. Higher recommended. We stayed here while visiting our daughter who is studying at the University.

Fabulous hotel with wonderful staff. The only thing letting it down was there was no outdoor space to relax on a late afternoon after a long day of walking around the city. A rooftop bar would be perfect. Restaurant was very good and we ate there twice but I would recommend you book as it’s very popular.

The hotel is really comfortable and the staff gives really good service. The location is perfect as well. The breakfast was amazing, so fresh! We would definitely stay there again!

Lovely hotel in a great location, however bar staff and service were very poor. There didn’t seem to be any management and the waiters were mostly rude unfriendly and inattentive.

Fabulous boutique hotel. Broke my leg on our vacation. This hotel would have been perfect in any situation however it was specially perfect for our situation. Excellent location from which to sightsee. Hotel restaurant was lovely, delicious and popular with locals and we ate all our meals there. But perhaps the high point were the excellent concierges Toni’s y Jorge. Muchas gracias!

Amazing hotel in a great spot in the old city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean. Only thing that would make it perfect would be a lounge/seating area.

Conveniently located on the edge of the old city providing an easy place to explore amazing Valencia with a short walk home. Staff spoke good English and were more than willing to assist with tourist information, reservations, etc

Hotel Helen Berger was a great little boutique property with a walkable location. It is a newer property, opened just before covid, and you can see that it is newly renovated, though maintains great historic charm. Very clean, good recommendations from the concierge, great drinks and breakfast in the bar/restaurant off the lobby. The staff is very dedicated and helpful.

Discreet and classy small boutique hotel, 5 mn walk to the main plaza. Quiet and exellent location. Clean, minimalist room with large, comfortable bed. Plush, luxurious linen with european size bath robes.
Good breafast with fresly cut fruits, eggs bacon, iberico ham served at the table. We had an exellent stay and would come back.
