4 star hotel but I’ve stayed at 2 star hotels that were cozier and had better amenities.

For a downtown hotel, I was highly satisfied.

Is convenient, easy for transportatio, close to palace. Many restaurants near by. I took the bus most of the time but i returned back by walking. Which it had been 24 or 28 mins walk.

It was good.

Excellent location. The Jogyesa Temple view isn't worth the price. Gym isn't 24 hrs. Overall, it's a good stay

Hotel was in a great location at Insadong, walkable distance to 2 city train station on 2 different lines. Insadong street was just right downstairs. There was an airport limousine busstop within 5mins walk from the hotel that would directly bring you to the airport. Hotel was pleasant, with self service locker service to store your luggage while waiting for your room to be ready for check-in. Room size was acceptable for 1 couple (I’ve stayed in other branded 4 stars hotels in Seoul that are smaller). Room was well furnished and everything worked well. Loved that they provided a pillow menu. Overall, It was a pleasant 2-night stay.

lovely stay in premier inn insadong. good variety of breakfast dish. lots of food choices for lunch or dinner. insadong street shopping is also within the area and 10mins walking to the palace. had a good stay here. will use for the next trip to seoul

24 hrs Convenience stores at the mall downstairs, 3-5 mins walk to the subway, room was clean and tidy and also with great sunshine ☀️ to the room during the morning

Room was a bit “vintage” with the choice of wallpaper. It’s kinda spacious given that it was a family room for 4 with a bunk bed. The washers and dryers in the coin laundry room on 12th were often occupied and guests didn’t seem to remember to pick up their laundry after it’s done. The hotel was surrounded by marts and convenience stores, and is close to the Anguk station.

We stayed with our two children at NineTree Insadong and had a wonderful experience! The hotel rooms are nicely appointed with accommodation options suitable for a family of 4. The hotel is right in the middle of Insadong with shops and restaurants at our doorstep. It is a short walk to Gyeongbokgung Palace and Gwanghwamun square. Staff was very friendly. Recommend!

The location is very convenient to most attractions, within enjoyable walking distance. Room is quiet and clean. Three separate beds are big plus.

This hotel met all our needs and the perfect location. Would highly recommend it if you are visiting Seoul.

Nice staff and close to everything. You are just right at Insadong tourist area. Elevator down to the street with shilling and dining all around you.

The property is great and near to all tourist spots! Its near to all bus stops and stations. The building itself has a built in restaurants and little kiosks. The place is very neat and we always have free water bottles whenever they clean our room! Outside of the hotel is a beautiful temple and on the other side is a street filled with restaurants and shopping places! Their hotel also offer tourist activities and good access to jumbo taxi. The service here is very efficient and amazing. Will definitely be back here again :)

We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children under age of 12). Booked a room with bunk bed on 7th floor. Very spacious and room is really well utilized. The room is really clean. The location is great. Took limousine bus from airport and was about 10 mins walk to hotel. Hotel is close to a lot of cute stores, eateries and cafe. Gyeongbokgung Palace is few blocks away. hanok village is about 10 mins walk. Would recommend this hotel

Good Location, facility, lots of restaurants in the building or just around the corner, clean and comfy room, very nice view to the temple Bad The staffs at the reception are not very professional. No information about hotel facility or breakfast was given while checking-in. We asked some questions about the hotel service but they could not answer or even not eager to help. Shame for such nice hotel

I loved the location. The hotel was across from the Jogyesa Temple, around the corner the subway and very closs to lots of shopping and dining options.

Bunk beds are not clean . Need to do better cleaning underneath the bunk bed mattress

Only stayed one night but very satisfied with our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The temple view was beautiful. Enjoyed the convenient location, close to many walking trails, parks, temples, and restaurants.

This was our favorite hotel! We were a family of four (2 kids ages 8 and 11) and the family room had a bunk bed and a full sized bed. The facilities were very clean, the restaurant was convenient, and there is a coin laundry on the 12th floor. The location was superb. Just steps away from Insadong culture street with so many restaurants and vendors selling traditional crafts and art. Also walking distance to many significant sight-seeing opportunities like palaces, etc. About 5 minutes to Anguk station. Would definitely stay here again in Seoul.

Nice hotel in a great area-close to some of the major tourist spots and right in Insadong Market. The room was a good size for the two of us and we had a great view of the temple. Great amenities- sofa, desk with pop up mirror, fridge, bidet toilet with English instructions). The interior design was simple and clean. There are some very minor signs of wear in the hotel, a couple spots on the carpet and some wrinkled wallpaper, but overall well kept. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of foods, and reasonably priced. It’s a couple of blocks walk in either direction to the various Anguk subway entrances but not too bad (unless you are schlepping your luggage). We loved our stay here

My family stayed at Nine Tree Hotel Insadong during our stay at Insadong. This hotel is ideally located as you can walk to many of the attractions such as Gwanghwamun, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Insadong-gil (main shopping area) and Myeongdong Street. I didn't realize how convenient the location was until we started shopping around Insadong. There is an entrance to the Insadong-gil from the 1st floor of the building so that was nice. There are also restaurants and shops conveniently located in the same building so when the summer heat was unbearable, we ate and shopped around in the building. My only complaint was the room interior. When we checked into our triple bed room, we noticed on both sides of the room that the wall paper in certain areas had water damage and the wall paper was sticking out. Certain areas of the wall were also unpainted as if they forgot to do this. It just looked weird. Although, we were out and about most of the day, it was disappointing to see the room in mediocre condition for the price we paid. The room and bathroom were also small, but it was clean and manageable. The cleaning staff were nice and did a great job of house keeping during our stay. If location is important to your stay at Insadong, I would highly recommend Nine Tree at Insadong.

We really enjoyed staying at the nine tree premier in Insa-dong. The rooms are clean, and the amenities are great including the gym, laundry room and even free lockers to store you luggage’s and belongings safely so you can enjoy the city before you check in and when you check out. Friendly staff and even the breakfast buffet was delicious. It is also very close to the souvenir shops and restaurants and they even have a convenience store downstairs where you can buy a tmoney card. We would definitely stay here again.
