Excellent boutique hotel, the fact that it only has 12 rooms makes it really exclusive and allows the staff to provide an awesome personalized experience full filing all your needs.

The hotel is beautiful, but it is located in a very busy street, and the windows don't seal all exterior sounds. If they changed the wooden windows for a sealed double pane windows they would be able to get a better seal.

My partner and I stayed here for 6 nights during our recent trip to Oaxaca and we absolutely loved the experience. The hotel is beautifully designed - very instagrammable from so many angles. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. We got stuck here for 2 extra nights due to a hurricane, and the hotel did a great job making us feel comfortable and safe during this harrowing experience where we were able to leave due to flights being grounded. The location is good - really close to the sites in town. It does get a bit noisy outside with the normal city traffic - at lease from our room - but use ear plugs if you can't handle (which they provide). In the end, we do recommend this hotel based on our experience here.

The design of the property and rooms is stunning yet simple, each room has a portable bose speaker and nice lighting to set the mood. The roof top is a fun place to hang out and have a cocktail and the end of a busy day exploring, watching the sunset. Cannot wait to stay here again!

Me and my girlfriend stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and it was definitely well worth it. Its location (along with most other hotels in the city) is well located and walking distance to mostly all the restaurants and bars. When we arrived at the hotel they right away took our luggage and brought it up to our rooms, as well as gave us a pretty delicious welcome cocktail. In terms of architecture its fabulous, as most Habitas Group hotels are. The room was well thought out and very comfortable as well. The stay included a basic breakfast that consisted of some bread with a meat and cheese platter, as well as a bowl of fruit. It was basic but it got the job done. We didn’t eat at the hotel other than the included breakfast so not too sure about how the food is, but Im sure it is delicious like most of the food in Oaxaca. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody staying in the area!

The property is located a little off the main center of the old town. Which is good as makes it a bit more peaceful. The staff is very helpful. We got the standard room with the king size bed. Found it to be a bit small. And water came in during a rain storm and seems to have spread over the whole floor.
