Amazing room and gorgeous hotel! Despite issues with a burst water main outside which impacted the hotels water supply.. thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again

On arrival in my room there were men painting anr doing maintenance, i was told my room may not resdy and i could not have another room as the hotel was fully booked. On returning by room was freezing, they brought a small heater but i was not impressed. Wont be staying again.

Nice hotel, big room, comfortable bed. The breakfast seems to have many fans, we found it… ok-ish. Took us 2 days to see that the breakfast also imcludes one extra item you can order (ignore the price printed on the menu). Location is good - would go there again.

Hotel and staff were great, good vibe on entrance and a tiered seating area that would great to watch the rugby on. My only gripe was the air con would suddenly speed up to a noisy gale force all of a sudden and while we were trying to sleep. I’d set it to automatically maintain a temp, but had to shut it off entirely to get some sleep. However room was very nice and bed comfortable, lush towels and bathroom products. Had great fun in the bar in the evening and breakfast was spot on. Would stay again but would ask about the air con settings next time.

Staff were nice on arrival. Room was nice, lovely comfy bed. Bar staff friendly and gave good recommendations for local fiod and drink places. Only gripe was breakfast ( cooked), was cold when ordered through room service.

Great location, smooth check in, very helpful staff in all areas, front desk, bar staff, cleaners. just 1 minor glitch with the fridge doing a disco light show ( glass fronted) at 5 am, would deffo stay again, thank you

The staff, cleanliness and hotel in general was perfect.
We were in a family room which was lovely but the kids were on a sofa bed which was very hard and uncomfortable.
Would highly recommend this hotel but maybe not for a family stay with bigger kids.

We only stayed for one night but I cannot fault this hotel! It’s in a fab location, the staff were lovely and so helpful. Other reviews mention having trouble getting into the building late at night but we had no issues whatsoever. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable with sumptuous pillows. We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Manchester!

What an amazing hotel. Very cool in lobby/bar/eating area. Ridiculously large rooms and bathrooms which was amazing. Gorgeous smell when you walk in. Bar food and breakfast could not fault. Very friendly staff. No negatives at all!

Cracking place to stay no complaints on staff or amenities... however the floor and room we stayed in had a staff only room near us and all night the door being opened and left to slam shut on every exit gave us both a sleepless night

Dreadful, put on the 8th floor for 2 nights with parties on the 9th floor. First night was bearable, second night we had to pack up and move rooms at half 12 due to the noise and bass. Lights and glasses literally shaking. Rude and obnoxious staff.

A beautiful hotel. Very friendly and welcoming reception. The room was top notch. Very clean and lovely decor. We even had a bath in the room! Nice treats in the Smeg fridge.

We were impressed by the welcome when we arrived and the room was really nice with tea and coffee facilities and complimentary water in the fridge . Breakfast was also delicious . Recommended

The room was comfortable and clean but there was a connecting door to the room to the left and so there was a lot of noise from there which woke me and kept me awake. If you get such a room, ask to swap. The food was nice but I don’t appreciate the service charge that is added to the bill.
However the hotel is easy to reach from the station, the breakfast is nice and the staff friendly.
