A welcome place to rest and recharge during our stay in Hiroshima

the place was huge and gorgeous, really well setup and comfortable - it even had a frisbee. very easy to get in and out and within walking distance (if you can walk 20m) from the memorial

The rice cooker is not working, the frying pan is not flat hence hard to use.

All were good, clean and safe with all toys to cook, wash dry, etc.

Very large spacious suite for our family. Interesting neighborhood and easy to explore. Loved the amenities onsite. It was the best hotel during our stay. Would love to come back

I wish I could stay my whole time in Japan right here. Communication with the owner was excellent from the time of booking. Access codes were provided on the morning of check in. The apartment itself is very spacious by Japanese standards and easily accommodated our family of 4, all adults. The kitchenette is well equipped, including toaster , kettle, microwave, hotplate and a selection of tea and coffee. There are slippers and dressing gowns provided. There is a washing machine but no dryer. The bathroom facilities are excellent with a spacious wet room bath and shower and plenty of heat and pressure. After cramming into tiny rooms in Tokyo it was an absolute relief to arrive here. Location is about half way between Hiroshima station and the Peace Park. The tram line is fairly close although we mainly walked around the middle of town. There’s a family mart close by and a 7-11 not far away. There’s also the Fuji Grand shopping centre less than 10 minutes walk away. It’s a studio apartment so all the accommodation and kitchen are in one space but if this is ok for you then it will comfortably handle 6 people across 2 beds (probably queen size) and a sofa lounge. The style of the room is much like the photos - really nice and calming.

Our room was thoughtfully stocked with toiletries, robes, etc. The best for me was that instructions for the washer, shower, and toilet are posted in English making our use of everything very easy.

This has to be the best accommodation we have stayed in our many travels abroad, it was clean and tidy, comfortable and spacious all the amenities to make it easier for any traveller. I would rate this as a 5 star 🌟 accommodation.

Bhotel was amazing! The unit we had was massive compared to typical units in Japan. It had everything we needed and the bed was extremely comfy! The hotel was near main shopping areas and had great restaurants nearby. I would recommend this place to everyone! Best hotel we've stayed in Japan!

Apartment was nice enough in a good area. However the bedding was very uncomfortable and inconvenient and the advertised patio was not nice.

Spacious hotel at good location. Fully equipped kitchen with oil and salt for self cooking. Will be better if have a bigger cooking pot. Also very hot at lift and corridor during summer time.

Good family stay! The place was clean and’s had everything we needed as a family. Also the check-in instructions and communication was clear. We stayed for 2 days and wish there was coffee and tea for 4 people for 2 days (there was only enough coffee and tea packets for 1 day). Also there is no late checkout option, which would’ve been helpful when traveling with little kids. Overall stay was good and comfortable!

This apartment is located in a great area with lots of dining options within five minutes walk. Lots of great shopping malls as well. Location was amazing in that regard. We also walked from the train station. It took us about twenty minutes. The apartment is very nice. Was great to have a washing machine with washing deterging provided. Loved the drying option in the bathroom. Have never seen one of those before. Apartment is very spacious. Was great to have the extendable sofa bed with extra linen provided. Our only complain is the very soft mattresses (esp for Japan standards) and super uncomfortable pillows. Pillows were so big that we all head sore necks in the morning and didn't have a good sleep in general.
