Need more restaurants in a huge hotel

Very new with massive pool. Enjoyed stay but it was low season and its a huge hotel. I didnt like the pillows. Way too soft and didnt support my head. Apart from that great

Quiet, New and clean property. Rate this hotel 3 stars because of the uncomfortable from check-in/checkout process and room equipments. Take too long to check in and had to read, signed paper then provided Visa which I only had to show during enter VN. On top of that, I needed to take photo for my stay which has no explanation about what It’s for. Ridiculous process. In room, there is only one outlet, one input for all electric devices. Be prepared for adapter or splitter if you want to charge all your devices. The faucet is too short that makes you have to reach the back of the sink to wash your hand. There are few more but overall, look like Vin corp doesn’t have any experience to operate a hotel.

Where should I start? One night stand for a double bed. Electrical outlets in the weirdest places and not convenient. Shower floor is slippery. Shower is hot and cold and can’t stay consistent. Staff are very rude and not accommodating. You have to rent a $.50 floatie. Life guards won’t let the kids play like kids.

This hotel is clean, excellent services and the breakfast is very good.

Location was great. Close to everything and 5-10 min walk to grand world. Loved the breakfast buffet although the dress policy (no tank top for men) is a little bit ridiculous given the destination. The room was very spacious, clean with minimal furniture. The one thing we didn’t like was the pillows as they were very thin and flat. We requested more pillows and still had to fold them in halves to get the desired result. Overall, great value and would stay again if I come back.

My husband booked this hotel because Expedia said it’s 4 minutes walking to Corona casino but it was like 5 minutes drive. The hotel staff was so nice to give him a lift every time he went.

It is very beautiful in/exterior. And it was great for staying.

Stayed in property a week . Enjoyed everything Complementary breakfast is amazing. Staffs are friendly and polite. Managers respond to requests is quick Good location close to amusement parks Definitely will recommend this hotel.

The hotel was pretty new so it was nice and clean, service and staff were good, the pool was big and well maintained but too cold to swim. 10min walking distance to the beach, but the beach had no chairs to lay on. The hotel is right on the grand world street, so the night walks are fun and full of entertainments, but the restaurants and little shops in grand world are not completely opened and the few that are open were overpriced. Overall it’s a good area to stay for around a week and not longer.

Location of the hotel was wonderful as it was just beside Gandworld where we could walk to the place easily. There were also lots of food outlets nearby so no problem with getting food and drinks.
