Great location but lack luster Roof Top menu. Sent 2 dishes back cause the seafood was old.

The room is clean and the right size not too small. I really like bathroom especially shower, it’s very convenient. But the air condition fan is too loud. I also like rooftop restaurants, the food is good.Overall is good, I will stay at this hotel again if I go to Melbourne.

Hotel staff was great. Stay away from rooftop resturant and bar. As we sat for dinner and observing the surroundings, the bar/ serving staff gave a display of the most grotesque behavior my wife has ever seen. First lets start with Chritisan(waiter), coughing/hacking in the open area and behind the bar (not covering his mouth), picks his nose then proceeds to take drinks out to customers without washing his hands. The busboy (unknown name), coughing, blowing stuff out his nose in the open air (didn't have the basic manners to cover his face). He got a martini drink from the bartender, then hung around to the pickup station where Kim, Christian, & busboy, had about a 1 minute conversations over customers, drinks. Once they finished busboy drank his drink and Christian took his customer's drink to them. God know what flew into my drink, because my waitress came around and picked up my drink and brought it to me. Here is the most nauseating part, Kim, the bartender had something on her finger pointed it at the busboy and he licked it off her finger, then went back to her duties without washing her hands. She takes her hair down' combs it out before putting it back into a bun. Behind the bar, still no hands washed. After a while she eats something off what could have been olives on a long bar stick. Still no hands washed. Very nasty and obviously from what I observed was not trained on the rules of working in the service. Food srvce staff, needs (re)training.

A wonderful gem in the heart of Melbourne. You can walk to downtown. Central location makes it easy to get to all locations in the Melbourne area.

I was in town for work and this hotel was only 5 minutes from where I needed to be in a prime spot for music, food, and drinks. Big spacious room, and love the rooftop bar.
