Staff were great across the board. Room and hotel were clean. Breakfast was great, staff kept up with the large number of guests that were eating. Lobby was perfect for being able to visit with my family- space to sit, food and drink available.

Amazing, it is clean and all staff go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of! Excellent location, in walking distance of Broadway and Nissan Stadium.

Overall a nice place to stay. Had a bar and restuarant within the hotel itself. maintained the premises clean. Paid parking and bad tv service are the negatives.

It was an awesome experience as the hotel is so nice and close to downtown n East Nashville. Breakfast is great!! Rooms are large and comfortable. Only recommendation is to change all TV’s to smart TV’S

The room was large and faced the freeway. All of the king rooms faced the freeway, which was noisy at night. I used earplugs each night because I’m a light sleeper. The room was clean, the people were friendly and walkable to attractions.

Staff was amazing. Breakfast was decent but it could use a little more fruit, and I don't appreciate the single use cutlery/plastic covered cups - too much waste and no recycling! Location is easily walkable to Broadway street downtown by utilizing the pedestrian bridge - takes about 15 minutes and it's lit up at night. Though there is construction going on at the new Nissan stadium across the street (not slated to finish until 2027) the rooms were quiet and we were not bothered by noise. We had an issue with our sink that the staff fixed immediately. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel. When we asked receptionist how to get to the Nashville Symphony hall she stated it was an easy walk over bridge. Too our dismay it was a very difficult walk in the dark (actually a bit scary) for two female cousins age 72 and 75 !! Would recommend they suggest a taxi to “seniors” who are unfamiliar with the area.

Everyone on staff we met was friendly and professional, helpful and accommodating. The property was quiet inside in spite of the construction across the street. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of teas and hot water that didn’t taste like coffee! The room was comfortable and the mattress was almost like home, which was great. We travel with our dogs and they were welcome just as warmly as we were. I would highly recommend this facility.

First of all I reserved a room that was facing Nissan stadium and paid extra for that and that room was not given to me.. upon request they told me all rooms are first come first served .. so why charge me more.. second the outlets in the room did not work next to the bed did not know this until midnight when I plugged up a medical device that I need for my health condition.. I called the desk and of course nothing they can do .. there is no one available to fix the issue..

Good breakfast with pancakes and waffles and real eggs. Nice bar area, helpful service people. GREAT valet! Rooms very clean and comfortable. Only drawback is the interstate noise. It is across the river from downtown, and we walked it back (a mile across a pedestrian bridge) because downtown traffic was badly clogged at 10:30 pm. Getting an uber there was easy.

The rooms were very nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. The bed frame was an issue we had to get used to because it was a wooden frame/slat that stuck out beyond the mattresses so it was easy to bump into with your shins. I loved the Keurig but always wish they had more options of pods and only left one per person each day (other than a decaf which we don't drink). We did have a drain in the bathroom sink that was very slow but most likely the previous guests should have reported it because I did and they made sure to attend to it asap. The bar, restaurant and breakfast were wonderful.

Everything about our stay and room was great except for the water pressure in the shower And the pillows. The water pressure was really low by design. It made rinsing a challenge. The pillows seemed a little too firm And not what I expected. The pressure from them actually made the outside of my ears sore—not what I expected in a hotel. Otherwise this new hotel was great.

Female front desk staff not friendly. This is the guest's first experience with the property and it was a poor showing.
Also, TV kept pixilating. Asked to have it checked, maintenance came and said it was the weather causing the problems. Didn't buy it as all the TV's in the lobby worked fine.

Our room was clean and the hotel surroundings but there was no closet in our room to hang our clothes in. The curtain was so light and not all the way covered on the top. Sunlight was in our room.

The room was a bit dirty. The air kept going out and the heat would kick back on. The TV had connection issues. The breakfast was fine. We had to self park b/c we were told that they were too busy. The great part was the location to the stadium.

Lovely clean bldg; all emplyees were friendly; liked having an evening bar with food available. All TV's around bar area were on, but would have been nice if closed captioning had been done so we could see what they were talking about. Only negative comment We have is for some reason there were no washclothes provided the 2nd and 3rd day we stayed. The 2nd day I called for some and the 3rd day we were back to our room around 3p and didn't bother calling for some. Housekeeping had come to our room each day and cleaned up the bathroom and this was when we were left with no washclothes.

Comfortable room. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that the tv didn't work well. My mom loves to watch tv in the evenings and some channels wouldn't work, the quality of the picture was only fair. We talked to the front desk about it and they said that their satellite service was the issue and there wasn't really anything they could do about it. It was no big deal for myself, as I don't really watch tv. but for my mom, it was an issue! Otherwise, for the price, I thought it was reasonable.
