Easy check in and access from major raodways

This hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful with the exception of one evening desk worker who didn’t feel the need to help fix the coffee maker, “that’s only a supervisor job” she said. The next morning the friendly desk worker from Peru was more than happy to help fix the coffee machine. so we can have a nice cup coffee with our breakfast. The breakfast was very good and abundant of choices. The room was very clean and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchenette. The surrounding area was very safe and the parking area was monitored with cameras. Our only complaint is one evening there was a lot of noise coming from the parking area. Some guests brought their party back to the hotel and no one on the evening crew put a stop to it.

I have stayed in this property multiple times. And Booked the same room multiple times. I have NEVER been placed in a room without a Kitchenette. I have very strict Dietary restrictions and chose this property for that reason. I have booked the King room several times, but THIS time, when i checked in, I was placed in a non updated room near the staircase on the 5th floor that had no kitchenette of any kind. Standard hotel fridge and microwave. When I asked about it, I was told very curt and rudely that "You selected a room without one". EVERY listing on Hotels.com has one for this property on the photos. If I could give 0 stars I would. I intend to leave this review on all major review site. I was toild "You used a 3rd party, nothing we can do". Stayed at Home2Suites down the road, GREAT Property and staff. And Kitchenette.

Love how clean this place is and I love the gym. Very modern looking

A bit off the beaten path. (According to Google Map) (in the daylight looks like an easier route) Appears the area is trying to build a road closer to the interstate. Hotel is new. Night staff was a little standoffish at first. Seemed to be overworked. She was pulling back to back shifts. After she warmed up, she was fabulous! 24 hour coffee stand in lobby Herbal teas from 7-10am/pm. She hadn't had a chance to put them away by 11pm and we enjoyed the last of the herbal teas!!! Had honey, agave syrup and other sweeteners in a beautiful set up. Very classy. We did not get to the pool, ours was just a quick overnight stay. Looked nice, gym looked nice. Room was beautiful no carpet, which is nice. Awesome bed. Linens had odd odor, wasn't a bad odor, just a weird laundry odor. Random hotel at good price and will definitely use Elements again. Breakfast was okay the day we left. No one there to make omelets like we read about. Get to breakfast EARLY, ran out of food. Pet friendly. however, WEBSITE needs to TELL US there is a large fee!!!!!!!! If I had known about that fee, we would HAVE NOT stayed there. We will stay but not with our dog with us. Paying a $100 pet fee is absolutely ridiculous. 8/10 because of pet fee and limited breakfast.

A nice spacious hotel communal areas and the room. Great friendly and competent staff. We will come again.

Road construction on one side

My wife and I will stay here each time we come to Baton Rouge. Wonderful staff and always a great night sleep.

Check in was the WORST experience I've ever had at a hotel but the hotel itself is beautiful and clean

Place is clean, stair ways are starting to fall apart and there was a few staples loose on the floor. Ladies at front desk are very friendly and the Spanish lady is a sight for sore eyes. Love this place

Good hotel, Good amenities. Very modern and nice. All of the little extras that they provide are awesome. The only thing that absolutely ruined this Location is the staff. Grumpy, unhappy, unhelpful. When you check in the desk clerk is more annoyed that you’re there because she had to get up from the living room area watching TV to check you in. If you like Elements like we do, just skip the one in Baton Rouge. Also, the carpets in the hallways need to be cleaned.

Clean and smoke free. Enjoyed sitting outside to eat.

I appreciated the wood floors in the main area. There was carpet around the bed, which was nice. The two shelving units (night stands?) next to the bed were helpful, but could have been a little larger. The bathroom and bedroom were clean, but the small ottoman in the room was a bit stained. We made use of both the microwave and small refrigerator. It was helpful to also have that extra sink in the bedroom.

I was scheduled for surgery the next at OLOL. This hotel was about 3 minutes away. We were pleasantly surprised at the decor, cleanliness , and quiet, secure atmosphere. This is the first time we stayed at an Element.

The staff was very friendly. But I called at 4:30 (was arriving after midnight) to request feather free pillows and was told housekeeping had gone home already. The next morning i requested that housekeeping make the room feather free as upon my arrival at 3:00am I had to remove pillow cases to figure out which pillows I could sleep with. But housekeeping never even. Cleaned the room.

Nice atmosphere

Great place to stay! The staff was friendly, breakfast was great, and the rooms were comfortable. Decor was uncluttered and looked and felt clean. Just a nice hotel.

Auto blinds broken. So no morning sun. Body soap dispensers out. Stayed 2 nights. No housekeeping service.

Very nice hotel..2 years old…great atmosphere and the hotel check in was smooth…Paige was awesome. I did have an issue with the shower curtain…it could have been changed…worn at the bottom…should have been replaced.

Great hotel

Element seemed new, room featured a second sink with filtered water, and a toaster in addition to the standard mini fridge and microwave, utensils, and dish soap. The closet had a safe, as well as an iron and ironing board. The complimentary breakfast included made to order eggs and the daily “special”! Wish we had been there earlier in evening for the also complimentary happy hour!
